Source text - Portuguese Os edifícios são compostos, em geral, por três pisos, sendo que um dos blocos tem quatro, com o último piso com vista para o Rio Tejo. As tipologias encontram-se distribuídas por um T1, com área aproximada de 100 m2, três T2, com áreas até 150 m2, onze T3, com áreas até 220 m2, e oito T4, com áreas até 270 m2. No Piso 0 os apartamentos possuem ainda logradouros privativos e nos pisos elevados possuem amplas varandas com vistas desafogadas, numa zona povoada essencialmente por moradias. De referir que todos os quartos são em suite, com roupeiros embutidos ou com amplos closets.
Este projeto destaca-se face à oferta atualmente disponível no mercado, devido a um vasto conjunto de características tais como a localização privilegiada, projeto de assinatura do Arq.º Frederico Valsassina, a seleção criteriosa de acabamentos, áreas generosas com abundante iluminação natural, vistas desafogadas e amplos espaços exteriores (jardins e piscina).
