Het zou goed zijn als [bedrijfsnaam] haar werknemers de mogelijkheid zou bieden 4x9 (=36u) te werken. Ook mag er meer aandacht zijn voor thuiswerken/flexible werken. Dit past bij een modern bedrijf.

I am a native Dutch (Flemish)-English translator based in Phoenix, Arizona (USA). Please find my resume attached for your review.
Dutch and English are
both my native languages. I was born in California, but I moved to Belgium at a
very young age and I’ve lived, studied and worked there for most of my life. I worked as an Executive Assistant for a Belgian printing company for 15 years. The last 14 years I have spent in Arizona, working in a corporate academic
environment. So I can honestly say I am strongly bi-lingual in both Dutch and
English.
My most recent translation projects have centered on translating marketing
surveys in a wide range of subjects (employee satisfaction reviews, consumer
reviews for the food and beverage industry, vehicles, jewelry design, finance,
medical, …).
I also have experience translating legal documents, technical manuals,
academic and educational documents. Translating and researching these subjects
has helped me grow immensely as a translator.
My home office equipment includes a laptop with a high-speed
internet connection, a tablet, printer and scanner.
I can work with files created with all main MS Office programs such as
Word, Excel, PowerPoint Publisher. My preferred CAT tools are Trados and
MemSource, but I also have experience working with MateCat and Lilt.
