1. Start the motor – pump unit
2. Wait for the oil to reach working temperature
3. Check that the hydraulic pressures have been set as indicated on relative hydraulic diagram
4. Load the desired recipe in the Recipe Selection Page
5. Press button to confirm the make the selected recipe operative uploading it to the PLC memory
6. Press HDI (Human Device Interface) panel button for low hydraulic pressure
7. Use manual command to close the mold
8. Check visually the remaining distance for complete closing
9. Check in injection press page the actual distance
10. Close side doors
11. Put key switch to position 0
12. Use manual command 83
13. Press “-“ or “+” to move the press at the required position
14. Check tonnage to be between approx. 67 +/- 3
15. Depending on format, write down the value of distance
16. Maximum tonnage allowed is 270
