Stylish studio apartment in a new complex five minutes from “Lesnaya” subway station. The luxury apartment with parking is located in an eco-friendly part of town. At the guests’ disposal – soft furniture and household appliances. The layout of the studio is carefully thought out: a comfortable kitchen area naturally complements the living area; the glass lodge is quiet and well-lit. The bathroom, hidden behind a separate door, is decorated in a uniform color scheme – beige and peach shades of quality ceramics.
The space
The cozy studio apartment is in a brand-new building with underground parking, silent elevators, and beautiful hallways. Decorated in pastel colors, the kitchen area is separated from the bedroom space with a bar counter. Light furniture does not visually obstruct the area. Tiles on the floor in the hallway and tiles in the bathroom harmoniously fit into the overall design.
Accessible to guests
The apartment has a microwave, fridge, sofa, TV and washing machine. Guests can use the hair dryer, ironing board, and iron; there are blankets, pillows, sheets, and towels. A complete set of new kitchen utensils, from a spatula to pans of different sizes are at the guests’ disposal. The third guest is provided with a set of towels, bedding, and sheets, as well as a folding bed with a slatted base and a mattress 90 mm thick, which withstands up to 120 kg.
