1. Pronajímatel a nájemce se dohodli na ukončení nájmu bytu s vyplacením odstupného.
2. Nájem bytu končí dnem ………………. .
3. Nájemce se zavazuje ke dni skončení nájmu přenechat vybavení a příslušenství v bytě, které jsou uvedeny v příloze této dohody s pronajímatelem.
4. Pronajímatel se zavazuje uhradit odstupné v dohodnutý termín nájemci na bankovní účet.
5. O předání bytu nájemcem účastníci sepíší protokol.

Lessor and Leaseholder have agreed upon the termination of lease and on the payment of financial compensation.
2. The lease shall terminate at the following date: ………………. .
3. The Leaseholder undertakes that she shall leave the furnishings and equipment in the flat at the date of termination of lease. The furnishings and equipment are listed in the schedule hereof.
4. The Lessor declares that he shall reimburse the financial compensation to the Leaseholder´s bank account at the date agreed upon.
5. A Hand over protocol will be written by the contracting parties. |

Indikátory je třeba vytvořit takové, které umožní zobrazení situace minimálně ve dvou vrstvách. V první vrstvě je nutné vycházet z výsledků na národní úrovni, a proto pro možnost správného porovnávání situace mezi jednotlivými zeměmi v Evropě nebo na světě, je třeba vycházet z jednotného systému určování energetické chudoby. Proto by provedené studie a především jejich výsledky měly být co nejméně závislé na lokálních životních požadavcích a vycházet především z údajů o jejich uspokojování. Výsledky sice nebudou zobrazovat příčinu energetické chudoby, ale bude možné je posoudit z pohledu procentuálního zastoupení energeticky chudých domácností a porovnat se situací v okolních zemích. | Translation - English
is necessary to establish indicators which will enable to see at least two levels of energy poverty. The first level should consider the results at the national level. Therefore, to compare the situation in various European and other countries in the world a unified system should be taken into account which determines energy poverty. Studies and their results should be rather independent of local requirements and consider mainly data showing satisfaction of the requirements. Such results will not reflect the cause of energy poverty but it will be possible to assess them according to the percentage of energy poor households and compare them with the results in other countries. |

štítek, prokázala rozsáhlá kontrola
prodejen, kterou v první polovině roku
2015 provádělo konsorcium partnerů projektu
MarketWatch. Partneři navštívili 20
prodejen v České republice a celkem 243
obchodů v 11 zemích EU a zkontrolovali
přítomnost energetických štítků na více než
30 000 produktech.
„Jeden z pěti vystavených produktů neměl
energetický štítek vůbec, další pětina
produktů měla štítek poškozený nebo špatně
umístěný, tři procenta pak mělo štítek
jiného modelu,“ oznámil nejčastější nedostatky

které je v rámci projektu MarketWatch hlavním
organizátorem programu monitoringu

Half the products in European shops
offering electrical devices do not have the
correct energy label, as proven by the wide
ranging inspection of shops conducted in
the first half of the year by the consortium
of partners for the MarketWatch project.
Our partners visited 20 shops in the Czech
Republic and 243 shops in 11 EU countries
to check the presence of energy labels on
more than 30,000 products.
„One in five demonstrated products
did not have an energy label at all, a
further two in five products had a damaged
or incorrectly located label while 3%
had the label for another model,” revealed
