Source text - English LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
1. Any party is responsible for the damage, caused to the other party and caused by the failure or improper performance of its obligations by this Contract, shall fully indemnify these losses according to the law of the party, which they were incurred.
2. Seller is liable for failure of the commodity delivery. For delay over 90 days in delivery of the commodity after signing the Contract Seller pays to Buyer a penalty of 0.5% of the value of undelivered commodity for each day of delay.
3. For delay in payment for the commodity, that is already delivered, in accordance with clause 4.1 by the Contract, Buyer pays to the Seller a penalty of 0.5% of the value of delivered commodity for each day of delay.
