The most recent calibration data is required to be downloaded along with imagery so that ground processing of the image products can be done. On-board calibration equipment can encompass, for example, calibration lamps, diffuser panels, laser calibration sources, integrating spheres and solar apertures, moveable aperture covers to measure с and other types of hardware. The probability of meeting communication data link requirements at the end of the seven-year Service Life shall exceed 0.75. All bus and payload hardware, software and operational functions have to meet all requirements.

Source text - English Data compression function should be considered for the downlinked imagery, provided it does not compromise the utility of the data to the users. In general “lossless” data compression will not compromise data utility. For “near-lossless” and “lossy “data compression, it must be demonstrated that the compression technique and compression ratio chosen will not seriously degrade the utility of the data for the applications selected.
While the final selection of the type of data compression and the compression ratios will be the responsibility of the mission system developer, assumptions for the purposes of this RFI are that lossy data compression (e.g. JPEG) will probably be acceptable. Bidders are requested to make their recommendations in this area, based upon the applications listed in Section 1.2.

Source text - English The more amount of light which strikes the silver salt crystals the more intense the reaction to the exposure to light photons is.
A latent negative image as to the level of relative aperture is formed on the film. During the process of development, it can be revealed by using proper chemical substances. Then the image is written in negative on the film and the brightest parts correspond to the darkest ones and vice versa. The Negative film is therefore the opposite of what you see.
One of the typical features of light is direction.
There are two main directions: frontal Light and side light. Frontal light is the one which strikes the person from the front.
It eliminates shadows and therefore hides a lot of details. Side light is used to give the subject three-dimensionality.
If the light strikes the subject perpendicularly long deep shadows, which give the photo dramatic power, are created. By reducing the angle you obtain more pleasant images.

Латентное негативное изображение образуется на пленке в зависимости от уровня относительной апертуры. В процессе развития оно может быть обнаружено с помощью соответствующих химических веществ. Затем изображение записывается в негативе на пленку, и самые яркие участки соответствуют самым темным из них, и наоборот. Таким образом, негативная пленка является противоположностью того, что Вы видите.
Одной из характерных особенностей освещения является направление.
Есть два основных направления: фронтальное освещение и боковое. Фронтальное освещение - это то, которое выделяет человека с фронта. Оно устраняет тени и таким образом прячет много деталей. Satellite communication plays essential role in providing population with so-called universal service. Nowadays hundreds of thousands of inhabited areas around the world lack communication and the only possible way to bring communication services into the above-mentioned areas is to use satellite technologies.
Translation - Russian Несмотря на скоростное развитие оптоволоконных линий связи и беспроводных технологий, спутниковая связь по-прежнему играет значительную роль в обеспечении «последней мили» и способствует выполнению многих задач в интересах представителей органов власти и государственных организаций, а также коммерческих заказчиков. Exclusion from Confidentiality
This Contract shall not restrict disclosure or use of Confidential Information that is:

b) Obtained without restriction as to further disclosure from a source other than the originating party through no break of confidence by such source; or
c) In the public domain when received, or thereafter entered the public domain through no fault of the receiving party; or
d) Disclosed by the originating party to a third party without restriction as to further disclosure.
Translation - Ukrainian Протягом усього терміну дії дійсного Контракту, зазначеного в нижченаведеній Статті 13, кожна Сторона буде втримуватися від розкриття Конфіденційної інформації, отриманої від іншої Сторони, будь-якій третій стороні без попереднього письмового дозволу іншої Сторони. Зобов'язання по конфіденційності будуть вважатися задовільними, якщо Сторона, що отримує, буде застосовувати заходи захисту аналогічні тим, які використовуються нею для обмеження розкриття та використання її власної інформації аналогічної важливості.
Виключення з Конфіденційності
Дійсний Контракт не повинен обмежувати розкриття або використання Конфіденційної інформації, що:
a) Відома Стороні, що отримує, без обмеження на подальше розкриття після отримання, або згодом була незалежно розроблена Стороною, що отримує; або
b) Отримана без обмежень на подальше розкриття від джерела, іншого, ніж Сторона, що розкриває, без порушення конфіденційності цим джерелом; або
c) Була надбанням громадськості в момент розкриття або згодом стала надбанням громадськості не з вини Сторони, що отримує; або
d) Розкрита Стороною, що розкриває, третій стороні без обмежень на подальше розкриття.
