Source text - English Tickets for both Summercamps are only sold in combination with a 2-day festival ticket. People who purchase a Summercamp ticket and check into their Summercamp must be acquainted with the rules and must accept and comply with the stipulations. By entering the campground, you declare yourself to be in agreement with the rules. If you do not comply with the rules, you will be denied access to the festival and to the camping.
One Summercamp ticket is valid for access to the Summercamp for one person.
People under 16 will be denied access (those born in 1998 or earlier are allowed).
The organiser retains the right to verify the identity and age of campers. Campers must be able to identify themselves if requested by security personnel. If you cannot present valid identity papers then you can be denied access to the Summercamp without being eligible for a ticket refund.
Translation - Dutch Tickets voor beide Summercamps worden alleen verkocht in combinatie met een festivalticket voor beide dagen. Bij de aankoop van een Summercamp-ticket word je verondersteld de regels te kennen en deze te accepteren en na te leven. Als je het kampeerterrein betreedt ga je akkoord met de regels zoals deze zijn opgesteld. Bij het niet volgen van de regels zal je toegang tot zowel het kampeerterrein als de festivalweide worden geweigerd. Een Summercamp-ticket is geldig voor toegang tot het Summercamp voor één persoon. Jongeren onder de 16 jaar worden niet toegelaten (geboren na 1998).
De organisatie behoudt zich het recht om de identiteit en leeftijd van de kampeerders te verifiëren. Kampeerders moeten zich ten allen tijden kunnen identificeren indien gevraagd door het beveiligingspersoneel. Als je geen geldig identiteitsbewijs kan voorleggen kan je toegang worden geweigerd zonder recht op terugbetaling van je ticket.

Source text - Dutch Het bezoek had plaats op 16 mei 2014 en ging van start om 9.30 u. De afvaardiging van het Comité en de Dienst voor Preventie en Bescherming was samengesteld zoals hierboven aangegeven.
Het bezoek werd ingeleid door Dhr S. Hendrickx met als start de veiligheidsvoorschriften. De acties die betreffende de aanbevelingen van de rondgang in 2013 werden genomen, werden eveneens toegelicht.
Bij de rondgang werd het volgende bezocht:
Hoofdgebouw, brandweergebouw, garage-installatie, brug over Quai Vercourt, lichterlosplaatsen, tankpark additieven, tankpark benzine, pompenrij, dampterugwinningsinstallatie, Bio Fuels loskade, distillatentankpark, oude garages met de erbij horende kleinere opslagplaatsen, luchtcompressorruimte, kelderruimten kantoorgebouw en Esso kantoren. Tevens werden de laadkades bezocht.
RONDGANG
De volgende vaststellingen, voorstellen en aanbevelingen werden gemaakt:

Openstaande actiepunten anno 2006 → 2012:
· Project kelder gaat steeds verder en gedeelte is reeds afgewerkt (o.a. douches, WC en kleedkamers)
· Upgrade gebouw werd gestart in 2011. De keuken werd afgewerkt in april 2013.
· Alles in slechte staat → project is opgestart in 2014 voor vernieuwing WC en douche heren (personeel XOM)
· Kleedlokaal (contractors) = vuil / vies
· Douches (contractors) moeten opgefrist worden / poetsen afwasbakken en vloer (vies, vuil, oud, versleten)
· Gebouw / kelder: dringend project af te werken Er is een plan, gespreid over jaren:
Heren kleedkamers: bijna afgewerkt
2014: toiletten GV + kelder (cfr. toilet dames nu voor de heren + contractor douches)
2015: kantoor
2016: kelder gang
Translation - English The visit took place on the 16th of may 2014 and started at 9.30 a.m..
The Prevention and Protection committee was represented by the aforementioned members of the committee.
The visit was introduced by Mr S. Hendrickx, starting with the safety precautions. The actions taken following the recommendations of the 2013 tour were also highlighted and explained.
During the tour the following areas were visited:
Main building, firehouse, garage plant, bridge over Wharf Vercourt, caisson unloading locations, additives tank farm, gas tank farm, pumps row, vapour recovery plant, Bio Fuels unloading dock, distillates tank farm, old garages and their smaller storage places, air compressor room, basement spaces and office building and Esso offices. The loading docks were visited as well.
TOUR
The following observations, propositions and recommendations were made:

Outstanding points of action anno 2006 → 2012:
Project basement continues and a part has been finished (among other things: showers, WCs and dressing rooms)
Upgrade building was started in 2011. The kitchen was finished in april 2013.
All in bad order → project was started in 2014 for renovation WC and showers men (personnel XOM)
dressing room (contractors) = dirty/filthy
Showers (contractors) need to be freshened up / sinks and floors need to be cleaned (dirty, filthy, old and worn)
Building/ basement: project in urgent need to be finished. There's a plan, spread over multiple years:
Dressing rooms men: nearly finished
2014: toilets GV + basement (cfr. toilets ladies for men now + contractor showers)
2015: office
2016: basement corridor
