My name is Patrycja Maciejewska, and I am a qualified freelance translator, interpreter and proof-reader with more than three years of work experience on the market. I am a native speaker of Polish, and I work with the following language pairs: German to Polish and Polish to German, English to Polish and Polish to English.

So far, I have gathered most of my work experience in translation and proof-reading. My areas of expertise include marketing and technical texts (especially in the field of automotive and engineering) on the one hand, as well as scientific papers on history and history of arts on the other. Currently, I also work on expanding my knowledge and linguistic skills in the field of law, politics and foreign affairs.

While my office is located in Vienna, I provide language services not only in Austria. Apart from my on-site clients, I also cooperate with translations agencies and international companies based in Germany and Poland.

As far as my education background is concerned, I graduated from the Institute of Applied Lingustics at the University of Warsaw, with translation and interpretation as my specialities. I studied in German and English. Full credentials available upon request.
