Source text - Portuguese Projetar o ambiente para uma exposição com o tema “#Tuiteratura” exigiu que pensássemos o espaço de maneira híbrida, aliando as realidades concreta e virtual. A necessidade de desmaterialização do espaço construído se fez inevitável.
A concepção da cenografia parte de uma abordagem em que as pessoas, literatura e tempo se unem em um gesto único e forte, criando uma experiência multissensorial aos visitantes.
O conteúdo é apresentado “no” e “através” do próprio corpo, trazendo o significado do indivíduo ativo e demonstrando que o fazer literário, independente de seu ambiente, só é possível através da interação e do próprio homem. Som, luz, letras, corpo e imagem transmitem e recebem conteúdo como um amálgama gerador da #Tuiteratura.
Uma tela de 16 metros de comprimento por 3 metros de altura atravessa o ambiente escuro e o transforma numa caverna digital imersiva e interativa. Os visuais criados pelo artista polonês Tomek Sadurski sugerem um ecossistema numérico de comportamento imprevisível, que é habitado por criaturas em movimento formadas por caracteres, que reagem às pessoas e criam um ambiente híbrido em que os mundos analógico e o digital se complementam, ampliando a noção de realidade. A paisagem sonora criada por Rodrigo Berg amplia essa experiência colaborativa em tempo real.
Translation - English Designing the environment for the "#Tuiteratura" installation required that we think about the space in a hybrid way that combines virtual and concrete realities, and the dematerialization of built space soon became inevitable. The concept of this installation draws from an approach where people, literature and time come together in a unique and powerful gesture, creating a multisensory experience for visitors.
The content is presented "in" and "through" the body itself, incorporating human participation and demonstrating that the act of writing, independent of its environment, can only be accomplished through human interaction. Sound, light, words, body and image transmit and receive content in a composite generated in #Tuiteratura.
A screen 3 meters high and 16 meters long crosses the dark environment, and transforms it into an immersive, interactive digital cave. The visuals created by Polish artist Tomek Sadurski suggest a numerical ecosystem with unpredictable behavior, which is inhabited by creatures formed by moving characters. These characters react to people, creating a hybrid environment in which the analog and digital worlds complement each other and expand the notion of reality. The soundscape created by Rodrigo Berg extends this collaborative experience in real time.

Porém, essa celeridade pretendida na prestação jurisdicional com a aplicação dos institutos das tutelas emergenciais ou de urgência levanta polêmica quanto ao cumprimento das fases processuais em atendimento ao princípio do devido processo legal. Considerando-se as tutelas de urgência como instrumentos de apoio ao trâmite processual e à proteção ao direito requerido é que se pretende analisar na pesquisa os pressupostos e procedimentos tanto das tutelas emergenciais quanto do devido processo legal para que se possa entender a influência da daquelas neste último, bem como na entrega da prestação jurisdicional.
Translation - English This paper deals with injunctions and with respect for the due process of law. While officers of the Brazilian courts can issue injunctions, these orders must contend with the undeniably slow pace of the judiciary. The pace of adjudication in cases where injunctions are used gives rise to contention over compliance with the procedural steps in the application of the principle of due process. Considering injunctions as instruments supporting procedural action and protecting rights, this paper analyzes assumptions and procedures, as well as injunctions and due process, in research so that we can understand the influence of the latter, and also analyzes the delivery of adjudication.

Source text - Portuguese A experiência participativa com desabrigados pelas chuvas foi marcada por várias adaptações necessárias para a obtenção dos dados que se objetivava atingir, mantendo a realização na data estabelecida. O roteiro preparado e planejado anteriormente previa uma intensa participação de moradores, com a intervenção de membros administrativos em algumas atividades. Devido à dificuldade de selecionar, divulgar e mais ainda, motivar estas pessoas a participarem de uma iniciativa que desconheciam, contamos com um pequeno número de moradores que ficaram abrigados nos edifícios públicos nas últimas enchentes. Por isso optou-se por uma pesquisa qualitativa e aberta, que nos mostrou novas possibilidades de informações sobre a situação das enchentes de Eldorado. Consideramos ainda a inclusão de dados fornecidos por funcionários da prefeitura, Defesa Civil e pesquisadores que atuam no local.
Translation - English The participatory experience with shelterless persons displaced by flooding gave rise to several adaptations necessary to obtain information that is aimed to achieve and maintain the generation of acceptable data. The prepared itinerary provoked intense participation among the residents, with mediation provided by administrators in certain activities. Given the difficulty in selecting participants, asking them to disclose and, what’s more, motivating them to participate in an initiative that they were unfamiliar with, we relied on a small number of residents who were housed in public buildings during recent floods. For this reason, an open and qualitative research methodology was opted for with greater potential to gather information in this situation. Also included are data provided by city officials, Civil Defense and researchers working on site.

Source text - Portuguese Atualmente com a grande expansão da área de Tecnologia da Informação (TI), a mesma vê-se atuando em novas aplicabilidades em organizações de seguimentos distintos no mercado de trabalho. Para isso, o suporte e entrega de serviços devem estar alinhados com as exigências do negócio. Neste contexto, o presente artigo busca analisar a dinâmica de incidentes e eventos de TI no processo de Produção de Motores da unidade de análise. A pesquisa foca-se em analisar estes processos de acordo com as melhores práticas de gestão de serviços propostas pelo framework ITIL. Desta forma, este artigo foi organizado através do método de estudo de caso único, momento em que é observado diretamente a execução de atividades relacionadas, mapeamento de processos e o desempenho do atendimento frente ao dia-a-dia das Linhas de Produção. Os resultados obtidos nesse estudo de caso apresentam o alinhamento da função Service Desk para com as Linhas de Produção e o ambiente de monitoramento dos ativos envolvidos.
Translation - English Information Technology (IT) is expanding rapidly via new applications in almost every market segment. Support and delivery services must be aligned with the unique requirements of every business. Within this context, this paper analyzes the dynamics of IT processes and incidents in the unit analysis of engine production. The research focuses on analyzing these processes in accordance with the best practices of services management proposed by the ITIL. It employed the single case study method so that the execution of related activities, process mapping and response performance could be directly observed in fully-operational production lines. The results of this case study demonstrate the alignment of the Service Desk function with production lines, and the monitoring environment of assets.
