Source text - Ukrainian 1. Заява роботодавця (згідно із додатком до ПКМУ від 27.05.13 №437). Документ підписується керівником або власником підприємства та завіряється печаткою. Слід зауважити, що правом підпису володіє особа, яка за статутом приймає та звільняє працівників на визначену в заяві посаду, або має доручення від такої особи.
2. Дві кольорові фотокартки розміром 3,5 x 4,5 см. На зворотньому боці фотокарток повинна бути проставлена печатка підприємства, ім’я та прізвище іноземця.
3. Копії сторінок паспортного документа іноземця, з особистими даними. Український переклад сторінок засвідчується бюро перекладів, а справжність підпису перекладача засвідчується нотаріально.
4. Довідка, скріплену печаткою та завірену підписом роботодавця (у разі наявності на підприємстві режимно-секретного органу також підписана його керівником), про те, що посада або робоче місце, на яких використовуватиметься праця іноземця, відповідно до законодавства не пов'язані з належністю до громадянства України і не потребують надання допуску до державної таємниці.
5. Копії документів про освіту або кваліфікацію.
Слід зазначити, що до документів про освіту відносяться диплом, свідоцтво, посвідчення, інші документи державного зразку що підтверджують рівень освіти.

Translation - English 1. Statement of the employer (in accordance with the annex to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.05.13 №437). The document is signed by the head or the owner of the enterprise and is certified by the seal. It should be noted that the right to sign has a person who according to the statute accepts and dismisses employees for the position defined in the statement, or has the authorization from such person.
2. Two colour photographs of size 3,5 x 4,5 cm. On the back of photographs the seal of the company, the name and the surname of the foreigner must be put down.
3. Copies of foreigner’s passport pages, with personal data. Ukrainian translation of pages is certified by a translation agency, and the authenticity of translator’s signature is notarized.
4. Certificate, stamped and signed by the employer (if the enterprise has a regime-secret authority the certificate is also signed by the head of such authority), that the position or the workplace, in which the foreigner will be employed, according to legislation is not related to the citizenship of Ukraine and does not need the provision of access to state secrets.
5. Copies of documents on education or qualification.
It should be noted that the documents on education include a diploma, certificates and other state sample documents confirming the level of education.

Source text - Ukrainian 1. Загальні положення
1.1. Шляхом підписання цього договору Сторони підтверджують, що інтересам кожної з них відповідає спільне і узгоджене співробітництво у сфері постачання робіт і матеріалів для термосанації будівель бюджетної сфери (теплоізоляція стін, даху, фундаменту, заміна вікон та вхідних дверей на енергоефективні) в рамках інвестиційної програми «Підвищення енергоефективності об’єктів бюджетної сфери м. Житомира».
1.2. Сторони зобов'язуються здійснювати спільні дії у вищевказаній сфері з метою реалізації загальних інтересів і досягнення спільних цілей.
1.3. Сторони здійснюють спільні дії в порядку і на умовах цього договору, а також окремих угод, укладених між Сторонами.
1.4. У процесі досягнення поставлених цілей і реалізації загальних інтересів Сторони зобов'язуються будувати свої взаємовідносини на основі рівноправності, чесного і добросовісного партнерства, а також захисту інтересів один одного.
1.5. Для забезпечення найбільш швидкого та ефективного досягнення спільних цілей Сторони зобов'язуються обмінюватися інформацією, що є в їхньому розпорядженні, стосовно їх спільних інтересів, а також проводити спільні консультації в разі необхідності.
1.6. Сторони зобов'язуються вживати всіх необхідних заходів для збереження конфіденційної інформації, отриманої ними одна від одної у процесі здійснення співробітництва, згідно з умовами цього договору.
1.7. Конкретні види і форми співробітництва Сторін, а також можливе залучення ресурсів для досягнення спільних цілей і реалізації спільних інтересів оговорюються Сторонами окремо шляхом укладення відповідних договорів та угод.
1.8. Доходи, отримані в результаті здійснення спільної діяльності і ділового співробітництва Сторін, розподіляються в кожному конкретному випадку згідно з окремою домовленістю Сторін.
Translation - English 1. General Provisions
1.1. By signing this Agreement the Parties confirm that the interests of each of them meet the common and coordinated cooperation in supplying of works and materials for thermal sanation of public sector buildings (heat insulation of walls, roof, basement, replacement of windows and front doors with energy-efficient) as per investment program «Improving the energy efficiency of public sector facilities of Zhitomir».
1.2. The Parties commit themselves to carry out joint actions in the above field in order to implement common interests and achieve common goals.
1.3. The Parties take joint actions in the manner and on the terms of this Agreement, as well as of individual Agreements between the Parties.
1.4. In the process of achieving goals and implementing common interests, the Parties undertake to build their relations based on equality, honesty and fairness of partnerships, and protection of each other's interests.
1.5. To ensure the most rapid and effective achievements of common goals the Parties undertake to share information that is in their possession, relating to their common interests, and to conduct joint consultations if necessary.
1.6. The Parties undertake to take all necessary measures to preserve confidential information that they receive from each other in the process of cooperation, under the terms of this Agreement.
1.7. Specific types and forms of cooperation between the Parties, as well as possible involvement of resources to achieve common goals and implement common interests, are discussed by the Parties separately by concluding of appropriate Contracts and Agreements.
1.8. Income received as a result of joint activities and business cooperation of the Parties is allocated in each particular case in a separate Agreement between the Parties.

I am the 4th-year student of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman at the faculty of International Economics. Besides, I am also an extramural student at Zhytomyr State University at the faculty of English Philology and a student of Goethe-Institute.
I participate in different programs (EYP-Ukraine), scientific conferences (The 2nd International Scientific-Practical Conference in Makeevka, KNEU Scientific Conference on: “Social and Economic Perspectives of Ukraine in the 21st century”, by the way, the last one was something more than great as I won it with a “delicious” topic: “Prospects of Ukraine’s Chocolate Market”), write articles for the scientific journals (European Science Review: “Informational Technology as the Element of Management Efficiency in the Economy”), visit and take part in different discussions, and worke as an interpreter and translator.
I’ve always been “passionate for” studying and therefore I’ve tried to cover as many spheres of it as possible. I stongly believe that translation activity is the best way in which I can improve my skills and knowledge of English. Only with the help of constant work, learning and practice I can achieve my goals and climb my personal Everest.
