Source text - English Case 1. A 23-year-old male was found at the bottom of the stairs with initial GCS 3/15 on scene but recovered to GCS 7/15 before being transferred to a local hospital by LAS, where a CT head was performed (Figure 1(a)) showing bifrontal contusions and subarachnoid blood with evidence of ICP. He was then transferred to St. Mary’s Hospital six hours later where he was immediately taken to theatre to undergo an ICP bolt insertion. He was then admitted to our ICU where aggressive medical treatment was commenced despite which the ICP raised up to 35mmHg. After 2 hours without improvement, he was transferred back to theatre where a bifrontal craniotomy was performed and subdural blood evacuated. Due to refractory ICP and evolving cerebral oedema, he was taken back to theatre 24 hours later to undergo an extensive bifrontal decompressive craniectomy (Figure 1(b)) and the evacuation of a right frontal subdural haematoma, requiring neuroprotection for another 48 hours. The bone flap was left in his abdomen for further reconstruction. An early tracheostomy was performed at day 4 of admission to allow early weaning but complicated by an RLL pneumonia needing deep sedation to control ventilation and ICP. Despite that an EEG did not demonstrate seizures, he was commenced on phenytoin prophylactically.
Translation - Russian Случай 1. 23-летний мужчина был найден на нижней площадке лестницы с начальной ГКС 3/15 на месте, но был восстановлен до ГКС 7/15 до того как был доставлен скорой медицинской помощью в местную больницу, где была выполнена КТ головы ( рис.1 (а)), показывающий бифронтальные ушибы и субарахноидальное кровоизлияние с признаками повышенного внутричерепного давления. Затем он был переведен в больницу Святой Марии шесть часов спустя, где он был немедленно доставлен в анатомический театр, чтобы пройти введение катетера при внутричерепном давления . Затем он был принят в нашу реанимацию, где было начато интенсивное лечение несмотря на это, внутричерепное давление было повышено до 35 мм.рт.ст. После 2 часов без улучшения, он был переведен обратно в анатомический театр, где была выполнена бифронтальная трепанация черепа и субдуральная гематома извлечена. По причине резистентного внутречерепного давлением и развивающегося отека головного мозга он был доставлен обратно в анатомический театр через 24 часа, чтобы пройти обширную бифронтальную декомпрессионная трепанацию черепа (рис.1 (б)) и извлечение правой лобной субдуральной гематомы, требующую нейропротекцию еще на 48 часов. Костный трансплантат был оставлен в его животе для дальнейшей реконструкции. Начальная трахеостомия была выполнена на 4-й день госпитализации для раннего отключения, в связи с подозрением на осложнение пневмонией правой нижней доли, так как больной нуждается в глубокой седации для контроля вентиляции и внутричерепного давления. Несмотря на то что ЭЭГ не показывала судороги, ему было начато введение фенитоина в профилактических целях.

Source text - Russian Передача оборудования, изделий, материалов для монтажа производится по заявке монтажной организации в установленные сроки и в соответствии с принятой последовательностью производства строительно-монтажных работ.
Вместе с оборудованием, изделиями, материалами монтажной организации должен быть предоставлен пакет документации, необходимой для качественного выполнения порученных ей работ.
При передаче оборудования в монтаж производится его внешний осмотр без разборки на узлы и детали. При этом проверяются:
o комплектность оборудования;
o отсутствие видимых повреждений дефектов оборудования, сохранность окраски, консервирующих покрытий, сохранность пломб.
Такому же осмотру подвергаются и передаваемые в монтаж изделия, материалы, в первую очередь, компоненты трубопроводов и их опоры.
Выявленные несоответствия необходимо устранить, непригодные компоненты заменить.
(Поверхности труб, фасонных деталей, фланцев, прокладок, корпусов и крышек арматуры, и других компонентов трубопроводов не должны иметь трещин, раковин, плен, заусенцев и других дефектов, снижающих их прочность и работоспособность).
Оборудование, изделия, материалы, принятые в монтаж, должны храниться в соответствии с требованиями документации предприятий-производителей (поставщиков). При хранении должен быть обеспечен доступ для осмотра, созданы условия, предотвращающие механические, химические повреждения, попадания влаги, пыли во внутренние полости.
Номенклатуру и количество изделий и материалов, необходимых для монтажа и подготовки комплекса к эксплуатации, определяет (подсчитывает), приобретает потребитель (заказчик) монтируемого комплекса. Ориентировочный перечень приведен в приложении
Translation - English Provision for assembling of materials, products, equipment is executed on request of the installation company at a fixed time according to the accepted order of construction-and-assembling operations.
The batch of documents required for carrying out of a quality work shell be provided coupled with materials, products, equipment for the installation company.
The external examination without disassembling on units and details is executed when the equipment is transferred into assembling.
The examination is carried out in the following way:
o equipment completeness;
o lack of visible damage, equipment defects , coloring safety, preservative coatings, seals safety.
Such inspection is carried out for transferring into assembling the products materials, primarily piping components and their supports.
Identified discrepancies must be eliminated, unsuitable components are to be replaced.
(The pipes, shaped parts, flanges, gaskets, casings and covers of fittings and other components should not have cracks, cavities, scabs, burrs and other defects, reducing their strength and availability).
Equipment, products, materials accepted in the assembling shall be kept in accordance with the documentation requirements of company-producers (suppliers). During storage the access for inspection must be ensured, conditions are created to prevent mechanical, chemical damage, ingress of moisture and dust in the internal cavity.
The range and number of products and materials required for installation and preparation of the equipment set operation are determined (counted), purchased by the consumer (customer) for the equipment set to be assembled. An approximate list is given in Appendix D of this MI.

Source text - Russian Fabricate the overlay panel as outlined in the applicable specification on the previous pages and the instructions below.
1) Rout a channel at the bottom of the overlay panel to the proper dimensions. See "(C) Routed Area" in the specification diagram and Fig. 1.
2) Drill six 1/4" diameter (hardwood may require slightly larger diameter) holes 3/8" (10 mm) deep in the locations designated. See "(A) Threaded Inserts" and "(B) Threaded Inserts" in the specification diagram and Fig. 2.
3) Screw the 6 threaded wood inserts into the 1/4" holes drilled in the previous step. Make sure that the inserts are threaded straight and that the tops of the inserts are flush to the overlay panel surface. Otherwise, the overlay panel cannot be properly fastened to the door.
4) Mount the door handle hardware. Perlick recommends that the door handle hardware be mounted on the edge opposite of the door hinge side (optional hinge reversal is covered in step 6). Countersunk screw heads are required to ensure that the hardware fasteners do not interfere with the overlay panel fitting flush with the door.
5) While maintaining a hold on the door, remove the hinge stop pin from hinge (B). Pull out the bottom of the door slightly and gently remove the door from hinge (A). See Fig. 3. If you are leaving the door right-hinged, skip to step 7. If you would like to reverse the door hinges, proceed to step 6.

Изготовьте панель накладку, как описано в соответствующих технических требованиях на предыдущих страницах и нижеуказанных инструкциях.
1) Приведите к соответствующим размерам канал в нижней части панели-накладки. См. "(С) Область направления" в описании схемы и рис. 1.
2) Просверлите 6 отверстий диаметром 1/4 " (для лиственных пород может потребоваться несколько больший диаметр) отверстия 3/8" (10 мм) заглубить в обозначенных местах. См. «Резьбовая вставка (A)» и « Резьбовая вставка (B)» в описании схемы и рис. 2.
3) Закрутите в ранее выполненные отверстия 1/4 " 6 деревянных резьбовых вставок. Убедитесь в том, что вставки вкручены прямо и, что верхняя часть вставок находятся на одном уровне с поверхностью панели накладки. В противном случае, панель накладки не может должным образом быть прикрепленной к двери.
4) Установите дверные ручки оборудования. «Перлик» рекомендует устанавливать дверные ручки оборудования на краю с противоположной стороны установленных дверных петель (дополнительное изменение направления петель указано в этапе 6). При помощи винта с потайной головкой гарантируется, что крепеж оборудования не препятствует присоединению панели накладки заподлицо с дверью.
5) Во время обслуживания крепежных деталей на двери, снимите стопорный штифт из петли (В). Вытяните нижнюю часть двери, слегка и осторожно снимите дверь с петли (А). См. 3. Если вы оставили дверь справа навесной, перейдите к шагу 7. Если вы хотите изменить направление дверной петли, перейдите к шагу 6.
