Soweit künftig nach Abschluss dieses Rahmenvertrages weitere Energiesteuern, eine CO2-Steuer oder sonstige die Erzeugung, den Verkauf, die Beschaffung oder den Verbrauch von elektrischer Energie belastende Steuern, Abgaben irgendwelcher Art oder sonstige sich aus Gesetzen, Rechtsverordnungen oder behördlichen Bestimmungen oder Anordnungen ergebende, die Erzeugung, den Verkauf, die Beschaffung oder den Verbrauch elektrischer Energie betreffende Belastungen wirksam werden sollten, trägt der Käufer diese in der jeweiligen Höhe. Entsprechendes gilt bei Ermäßigung oder Fortfall solcher Belastungen, soweit der Käufer sie bisher zu tragen hatte.
2 Abrechnung
Die im Rahmen dieses Vertrages ge- und verkauften Produkte rechnet RWU monatlich nachträglich mit separaten Rechnungen ab. Das heißt X erstellt Rechnungen im Sinne von § 14 Abs. 1 Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG) für die von x an Y verkauften sowie Gutschriften im Sinne von § 14 Abs. 2 S. 2 UStG für die von Y an X verkauften Stromprodukte. Die gegenseitigen Zahlungsbeträge, die sich gemäß den separaten Rechnungen im jeweiligen Monat ergeben, werden verrechnet. Abweichend hiervon werden Optionsprämien sofort nach Einzelvertragsschluss abgerechnet.
Translation - English 3 Taxes and Duties
After the conclusion of this framework agreement, the Buyer shall bear, in their respective amounts, any applicable liabilities that may be incurred with the production, sale, procurement, or consumption of electrical energy including energy taxes, a CO2 tax, duties of any other kind, or any other applicable tax burdens arising from laws, ordinances, or governmental rules or regulations. The same applies in the case of the reduction or discontinuance of such liabilities that the Buyer may hitherto have been obligated to bear.
4 Invoicing
RWU shall provide seperate monthly invoices for the products bought or sold within the framework of this contract after such products have been bought or sold. RWU shall accordingly issue invoices, pursuant to § 14 paragraph 1 of the Value-Added Tax Law (UStG), for the energy products sold by X to Y as well as credits, pursuant to § 14 paragraph 2, sentence 2 of the Value Added-Tax Law (UStG), for energy products sold by Y to X. The payment amounts that arise mutually according to the separate monthly invoices shall be offset. The aforementioned notwithstanding, options premiums shall be settled immediately after the conclusion of the individual contract.

Allein die gemeine Philosophie hat den Vorteil, daß sie im Besitz der Deklinationen und Konjugationen ist. Es wird also immer von uns wahre Philosophie mit der Sprache der falschen gelehrt. Translation - English I and myself. I feel myself – these are two things. Our false philosophy is embodied in our entire language; we cannot reason, so to speak, without reasoning falsely. We fail to consider that speaking, regardless of what, is philosophy. Anyone who speaks German is a folk philosopher, and our academic philosophy consists of qualifications of this common philosophy. All our philosophy is the correction of linguistic us, that is, the correction of philosophy, our most common one. But only this philosophy has the advantage of possessing declinations and conjugations. Thus true philosophy is always taught in the language of false philosophy. Der Früchteteller wird vor einem von Goldbrokat-Stoffen dominierten Hintergrund gezeigt. Die Darstellung von Luxusgütern aller Art war damals sehr populär. Im Verständnis der calvinistisch denkenden Niederländer war materieller Luxus die wohlverdiente, göttliche Belohnung für den Rechtschaffenen und Frommen. Damit verband sich die Verpflichtung zu einem tugendhaften Lebenswandel, denn Maßlosigkeit galt als Sünde. Umgeben wird der Teller von einem vorwitzigen Eichhörnchen, einem streitlustigen Papagei und zwei kleinen Hunden am Fuß des Tisches. Die Tiere sind symbolisch zu verstehen: Der Papagei und die edlen Hunde untereichen die kostbare und exotische Szenerie und stehen für die Eitelkeit des Menschen. Das Eichhörnchen wurde wegen seinem sprunghaften Charakter mit dem Teufel assoziiert. Das Stillleben stammt vom französischen Künstler Reynaud Levieux, der längere Zeit in Rom lebte, wo er die Kunstwerke Poussins kopierte.

The platter of fruits is depicted before a background dominated by gold brocade fabrics. The depiction of luxury goods of all kinds was very popular in the period. According to Dutch Calvinist views, material luxury was seen as the well-earned reward from God for the righteous and pious. And it was accompanied by an obligation to live a virtuous life because intemperance was considered a sin. The platter is surrounded by meddlesome squirrels, an aggressive parrot, and two small dogs at the foot of the table. The animals can be interpreted symbolically: the parrot and the noble dogs underscore the sumptuous and exotic scenery and stand for the vanity of humans. The squirrel is associated with the devil because of its erratic character. This still life is by the French artist Reynaud Levieux, who resided for a long time in Rome, where he copied the artwork of Poussin.
