الدور الإيراني العسكري وسلطة قيادات من الحرس الثوري الإيراني على
ما سمي «الحشد الشعبي». إيران أرسلت قوات ومستشارين وأسلحة،
وكرر قادتها الأمنيون أقوالهم بأنهم هم الذين أنقذوا النظام وبغداد. هذه
ليست مظاهر دعم إيراني مؤقت للعراق في محنته بل مشروع هيمنة
واستيلاء من قبل الإيرانيين على العراق الغني بالنفط وذي الموقع
الجيوستراتيجي.
الذي تغير منذ شهر أيلول الماضي أن إيران لم تعد تكتفي بالاعتماد على
مكتب رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي، بل قررت أن تكون موجودة في كل
المراكز العراقية السياسية والعسكرية والحزبية والدينية. الزحف الإيراني
على العراق، والهيمنة على صناعة قرار بغداد قد يعبر عن رغبة منها في
حسم الصراع الإقليمي، بحيث تكون مهيمنة على سوريا والعراق، ويعني
هذا تلقائيا هيمنة على معظم المشرق العربي. زاد قلق إيران عندما تمكنت
القوى العراقية من إخراج المالكي الذي كان متشبثا بكرسي الحكم، وكان
ينوي التجديد لنفسه أربع سنوات أخرى، ليكمل حكم العراق اثني عشر عاما
بسلطة مطلقة مماثلة لنظام صدام حسين.
استيلاء إيران على العراق، يتم وفق النموذج السوري على لبنان، الذي بدأ
في لبنان تحت علم قوة الردع العربية. وحتى بعد هزيمة القوى المعادية
للسلطة اللبنانية، فإن السوريين استمروا في لبنان، في صيغة هيمنة شاملة،
وسيطروا على مفاصل الاقتصاد، وبنوا قوة حزب الله ذراعا عسكرية لهم،
وحكموا لبنان بتفاصيله الدقيقة لربع قرن من الزمن.
حاليا، قيادات الحرس الثوري والاستخبارات الإيرانية توجد بأعداد كبيرة
داخل العراق، معظمها تحت عنوان مواجهة تنظيم داعش، لكن حجم التدخل
الإيراني يؤكد أن إيران ليست هنا في مشروع تعاون عسكري مؤقت. وما
يعزز هذه المخاوف ما رددته قيادات عراقية من أن العراق اشترى أسلحة
بقيمة عشرة مليارات دولار، ولا توجد لدى إيران أسلحة تستحق هذا الثمن
المبالغ فيه.
Translation - English The Battle to wrest Tikrit city from the terrorist group the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria
(ISIS) has revealed the depth of the Iranian military role and the power of the military leaders
of the Iranian revolutionary Guards on what is known as «the popular mobilization. » Iran
sent troops, consultants and arms, as well as its leaders pointed out that they are the ones who saved the Iraqi regime and Baghdad. However this is not a temporary form of Iranian support
to Iraq's ordeal, but it is a project to dominate and take over oil rich Iraqi neighbor, which has an important geostrategic location.
What has changed since last September is that Iran is no longer merely relying on the office of the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, but it decided instead to be part of all the Iraqi political, military, partisan and religious positions. Iranian’s march towards Iraq and its domination in decision-making of Baghdad may reflect the desire to solve the regional conflict, to be able to control Syria and Iraq, which means automatically the domination of the majority of the Arab Levant. The anxiety of Iran increased when Iraqi forces overthrown al-Maliki who was holding onto the reins of power, and intended to renew his premiership for another four years, to continue his ruling of Iraq for twelve years with absolute authority similar to that of Saddam Hussein's regime.Iran's seizure of Iraq is similar to the Syrian model in Lebanon. The Syrian model began in
Lebanon under the knowledge of the Arab Deterrent Force and even after the defeat of forces hostile to the Lebanese authority, the Syrians have continued staying in Lebanon, under the frame of a comprehensive domination formula, and took control of the joints of the economy, established Hezbollah as a military shield, and fully ruled Lebanon for a quarter of a century.The leaders of the Revolutionary Guards and Iranian intelligence are present currently in large numbers in Iraq; most of them under the slogan of fighting ISIS’s organization, but the size of Iranian interference confirm that Iran is not here in temporary military cooperation project. These fears strengthened when the Iraqi leaders announced that Iraq bought weapons worth ten billion dollars, while Iran does not have any weapons worth this exaggerated amount.
