Source text - English Materials and Methods: One hundred and eight extracted single rooted human lower premolars were instrumented up to Protaper Universal F5 then irrigated with 3ml of 2.5% NaOCl after each file. Irrigants were prepared and a pilot study for determination of Tween 80 concentration yielding the lowest surface tension value in every solution was conducted. Samples were randomly divided into a control group and two experimental groups (17% EDTA and 7% Maleate), further split into eight subgroups (n=12), according to Tween 80 implementation sequence. Roots were obturated using gutta percha and AH plus by lateral condensation. Bond strength was measured by push out test. Mode of failure was then evaluated quantitatively by stereomicroscopy. Data were statistically analyzed using one way ANOVA followed by Tukey-Kramer for multiple comparisons.

Sampel dibagi secara acak menjadi satu kelompok kontrol dan dua kelompok penelitian (EDTA 17% dan asam maleat 7%), kemudian dipisah ke dalam delapan subkelompok (n=12) berdasarkan urutan implementasi Tween 80. Akar diobturasi menggunakan gutaperca dan AH Plus dengan teknik kondensasi lateral. Kekuatan ikatan diukur dengan uji push-out. Modus kegagalan kemudian dievaluasi secara kuantitatif menggunakan tes mikroskop stereo. Source text - English Candidiasis, which accounts for 66–80% of fungal infections, is a superficial or deep-seated infection caused by opportunistic yeasts belonging to the genus Candida. Among all Candida species, Candida albicans is by far the most common in all clinical forms of candidiasis, representing 70–80% of all yeast isolates. Since Candida is usually a commensal of the digestive tract, candidiasis mainly originates endogenously, but exogenous contamination may also occur, for example due to transmission from patient to patient or from healthcare staff to patient.
Translation - Indonesian Kandidiasis, yang terhitung mencapai 66-80% dari infeksi jamur, merupakan infeksi superfisial ataupun dalam yang disebabkan oleh jamur oportunistik yang tergolong dalam genus Candida. Di antara semua spesies Candida, Candida albicans sejauh ini merupakan spesies yang paling umum dalam semua bentuk klinis kandidiasis, mewakili 70-80% dari semua isolat jamur.
