The first step in selling Surface 3 is learning about your customer’s needs. Here are some questions you can ask to help you get started:

• How do you watch movies and TV shows on your PC?
• How often do you use your PC between home, work and travel?
These questions are great to ask, because your customer will start telling you what's important to them and how they want to use Surface 3.
