أيا كان نوعها و سببها.
المادة الخامسة:
نقر و نوافق أنه إذا لم يصلكم منا أي إعتراض
على كشوفات الحساب التي ترسل لنا حسب
عنواننا الوارد في نموذج طلب فتح الحساب
خلال مدة خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ إرسال
أي كشف إلينا فيكون هذا الكشف موافقا عليه
منا موافقة نهائية و لن يكون اعتراضنا – خلال
المدة المشار إليها – ثابتا إلا بالتوقيع بالاستلام
من قبلكم.
Translation - English Objection within a period of fifteen days from date of dispatch of the account statement, record, notice, or other. To this avail, we also forfeit and fully concede our right to demand the enactment of auditory or accounting procedure of any kind or for any reason. Article Five: We hereby acknowledge and agree that in the event where you do not receive any objection to the account statements that are forwarded to our address as listed in the application form for opening a bank account, within fifteen days from date of dispatch of any statement addressed to us, this statement shall consequently be deemed as finally approved by us and where our objection, whereas our objection –during the noted period- could only be upheld once signed for receipt from your part.

Prior to her move, and between 1994 and May 2013, she served in various key positions at the South African Embassy in Amman while covering: Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and the Arab-Israeli crises. As the Embassy’s Senior Translator/Researcher and Interpreter, Linda rendered high quality professional translation and interpretation for senior diplomats and officials. Linda is the winner of numerous merit awards for outstanding performance, awarded by the South African Department of Foreign Affairs and Embassy in Amman. In addition to various training workshops organized by the South African Department of Foreign Affairs and other South African bodies, Linda studied Law, at Beirut Arab University, and attended post graduate studies in Political Leadership, at George Washington University’s Post Graduate School of Political Management. Some of her work was published by the Institute of Comparative Law in Belgrade.
