Romina Lago (Project Manager) is a motivated team member who has the ability to communicate comfortably with people.

As part of her responsibilities, she is involved in identifying and recruiting the adequate translation resources for specific projects, doing online research for new candidates and assigning them to specific tasks. While involved in translation projects, she also performs Quality Assurance, looks at the risks involved in a particular project and manages these risks to ensure projects run on time and within budget.

She has worked as an instructor and translator, mostly in the IT field, for almost a decade. She is currently working on her thesis on software localization to get her degree as a Certified Translator in Argentina. As an IT engineer graduate, she has acquired experience in software developing and management while working with state-of-the-art IT companies. She believes in the need of constant training so she has attended a large number of courses in translation processes and techniques, CAT tools and software development. Her two-fold background shows that she believes there is always room for growth in both the translation and IT fast-paced environment.
