Microtex™ fabric is a revolutionary technology in textile development. Microfibre commonly refers to any fibre with strand less than 1 denier in diameter. A normal synthetic fibre has a diameter of about 10 denier.
Microtex™ uses only ultra-fine microfibres to weave the fabric. The fabric is then brushed multiple times to remove unwanted impurities such as short threads. The brushing process will significantly enhance the softness and smoothness of the fabric. The result; an incomparable superior hand feel and comfort that traditional process can only dream of.
