Introduction

I would like to thank you for purchasing your thermal processing equipment from Buhler Aeroglide. It is our goal to provide you with an efficient and reliable piece of equipment.

This manual is designed to assist you with the installation, operation and maintenance of your equipment. It contains general information on Buhler Aeroglide equipment of all types and configurations. The Machine Specifications document in Chapter 3 should guide you in determining the details that apply to your machine. It consists of 6 chapters, each providing specific information for installation and servicing the equipment. It assumes that you have a basic understanding of maintenance and repair. In addition, it will be helpful in setting up a regular maintenance schedule for the unit. Once manufacturing has been completed, a supplemental manual will be sent to you containing specific information related to your unit. It will include installation drawings, start-up and shut down procedures, a spare parts list and component literature.

Please read this manual thoroughly before installing or operating your machine. If you have any questions that cannot be answered within this manual, please call our Customer Service department. We are available to assist you over the telephone or to do a site visit. Please refer to the customer service information listed on the following page.
