Source text - English With the Syrian conflict now entering its fourth year, the Movement again called on all armed actors to protect humanitarian workers and allow civilians safe access to assistance. The pleas came after the death of yet another Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) volunteer, Hekmat Mohamad Kerbaj, who died on 8 January from wounds received while missing for roughly five months, according to the IFRC.
Meanwhile, the ICRC and SARC continued efforts to reach people trapped by fighting in towns such as Barzeh, north of Damascus, and Homs.
When SARC trucks loaded with humanitarian aid entered Homs in February, however, they came under rifle fire and a driver was wounded. Mortar shells were also fired near the convoy though the vehicles were clearly marked with the Red Crescent emblem. Despite the attack, SARC volunteers distributed food parcels, hygiene kits, and medicine.

Source text - English Under the Company's client money policy, all client money is deposited in a segregated account and held on trust for the client in accordance with the requirements under the Corporations Act. Client money is segregated from the Company's own funds.
Under the Company's client money policy:
• Client money is segregated from the Company's own money;
• Client money is held with an Australian Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution (ADI) or an approved foreign bank;
• The Company retains and holds as security any interest earned on client money;
• The Company may withdraw client money for the purpose of making margin payments, adjusting or settling dealing in the Company's products and the payment of finance charges, transaction fees, data fees and interest payments;
• The Company may withdraw funds from client money accounts to satisfy payment of money owing by the relevant client to the Company, including bank transfer charges and unrealised losses on the account; and
• The Company may also use the funds in its client segregated accounts to manage its dealings with its hedging counterparties.
