My first experience of a foreign language dates back to my childhood, when I first discovered the existence of English – beyond my native Italian - through Abba’s hit songs.
Since then, curiosity for languages has constantly grown within me along with my curiosity for different cultures and ways of living.

I have been a freelance translator and interpreter since January 2014.
I have a solid linguistic background gained in a German global automotive company in the years 1995-2013. In my long term experience in a cross cultural workplace I translated technical documents and interpreted from German/English into Italian during international meetings and presentations, which allowed me to acquire a specific linguistic competence in many fields such as commercial, technical, IT, financial and law.
Moreover, working in a multinational environment has presented me with a great opportunity for open confrontation, negotiation and personal growth at all levels.
I used to work for some local translation agencies as a translator and interpreter in Rome, before joining the company in 1995.
