THIS ONLINE SERVICES AGREEMENT (herein as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof, this "Agreement") between ‘XXX’ Limited (“‘XXX’”) and the user to whom it is addressed (the “Customer”) sets out the terms and conditions of the Customer’s use of the Electronic Services and the Information (as such terms are defined below) and the other matters referred to herein.
Use of Electronic Services
Definition of the Electronic Services. In this Agreement, the “Electronic Services” means the services which are being made available to the Customer by ‘XXX’ pursuant to this Agreement, in order, inter alia, to enable the Customer to obtain quotes for and enter orders to buy and sell investments and other financial products from one or more of the banks offering their services through the ‘XXX’ portal (each being referred to as a “Participating Bank” and all of them together being referred to as the “Participating Banks”) and to obtain the Information (as such term is defined below), through any and all of ‘XXX’’s internet, coputer or telephonic services or systems and whether or not interactive or automated, including, but not limited to, services and information accessible through ‘XXX’’s proprietary software, ‘XXX’’s website, ‘XXX’’s externally accessible computers and networks, automated telephone systems, or their successors, and any other internet, computer or telephonic securities quotation or trading service or service related to any financial product or information provided to the Customer by ‘XXX’, established by or on behalf of ‘XXX’, as may be provided by ‘XXX’ to the Customer pursuant to this Agreement from time to time.

By grouping user accounts, you can organize users and control the scope of their access within XXX. Using groups, roles, and rights, you can enhance the security of XXX, steer users to targeted content, and ensure that anonymous users are automatically given appropriate rights.
Groups are based on the roles they are assigned, while roles are based on the rights they are assigned. Rights, roles, and groups are defined as follows:
• A right is a permission to perform a specific task.
• A role is a set of rights typically consisting of a set of related rights that should be assigned together. However, you can create a role from any of the rights available in XXX.
• A group is a set of roles that defines the scope of a user account. Users can belong to more than one group, and their overall scope is determined by all of the rights they have.
Working with Roles
Using roles, you can create a system of groups, each with a different scope, to meet user and administration needs. Roles are reusable, allowing you to associate the same role with any number of groups. A role for a group of users who publish events would typically include the following rights: Add event, Modify event, and Delete event. However, if some users are allowed only to add events, they must be placed in a second group, with a role that excludes the Delete event and Modify event rights.
Adding a Role
To add a new role:
1. Click User Setup > Roles > Add.
2. Enter a name for the new role in the Name field.
3. Enter a description for the new role in the Description field
4. Select the rights you want the new role to have.
5. Click Save to save the new role, or click Reset to delete the information you entered.

Uživatelé mohou plnit úkoly a získat přístup k určitým prvkům v XXX na základě práv spojených se svým uživatelským účtem. Pro získání práv musí uživatelské účty náležet do skupin, které se nastaví v Nastavení uživatele.
Seskupováním uživatelských účtů můžete uživatele třídit a řídit rozsah jejich přístupu v rámci XXX. S využitím skupin, rolí a práv můžete zvýšit zabezpečení XXX, směrovat uživatele k cílenému obsahu a zajistit, aby anonymním uživatelům byla automaticky přidělena příslušná práva.

2.1.1. Scannen
Scannen ist das Abtasten der Schriftvorlage durch den Scanner. Dabei wird im Computer ein digitales Bild der Vorlage erzeugt. Dieses Bild ist eine Matrix von schwarzen, weißen bzw. grauen Punkten. Im Gegensatz zu der über die Tastatur eingetippten Information ist ein Bild vom Computer jedoch nicht als Text verwertbar. Das Image muß zuerst in, für den Computer verständlichen Text umgewandelt - eben "gelesen" werden.
Alternativ zum Scannen, kann ein Bild auch durch Laden einer Bilddatei von einem Speichermedium in den Arbeitsspeicher gelangen.
2.1.2 Imagehandling - automatische Layoutanalyse
In vielen Fällen möchte man nicht die gesamte Vorlage bearbeiten, sondern es sind nur bestimmte Teile des Dokumentes von Interesse. XYZ 3.0 bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, mit entsprechenden Werkzeugen die eingescannte Originalseite in beliebigen Ausschnittsvergrößerungen darzustellen, Bilder zu rotieren oder der Fenstergröße anzupassen. Mit einer elektronischen Schere können unerwünschte Seitenteile entfernt oder gewählte Bereiche aus einer Zeitungsseite ausgeschnitten werden. Durch die automatische Layoutanalyse wird das Bild in Bereiche (Zonen) unterteilt. Innerhalb eines Dokumentes erkennt XYZ 3.0 Strukturen, wie Überschriften, Untertitel oder Textblöcke automatisch und setzt entsprechend solche Zonen. Der Inhalt dieser Zonen kann auf eine oder mehrere Zielseiten übertragen, neu zusammengestellt und gruppiert werden. Die Zonen werden sowohl für den Umbruch auf eine Zielseite, als auch als Lesezonen für die Texterkennung verwendet.
2.1.3 Texterkennung
Die Texterkennung von XYZ 3.0 vereint zwei unterschiedliche Arten der Texterfassung. Die Omnifonterkennung erlaubt eine schnelle Erkennung von oft wechselnden Vorlagen, jedoch mit einer etwas geringeren Erkennungsgenauigkeit. Zusätzlich kann das System trainiert werden, um für häufig verwendete Vorlagen eine spezielle Schriftbasis anzutrainieren, wodurch eine höhere Erkennungsgenauigkeit erreicht wird.
2.2 Voraussetzungen der Vorlagen
2.2.1 Voraussetzung: Layout
Für die einfache Bearbeitung und Umgestaltung von eingescannten Dokumentenseiten verfügt XYZ 3.0 über ein Werkzeug zur automatischen Layoutanalyse. Damit können Dokumente, die in ihrem Aufbau einer typischen Zeitungsseite entsprechen, gut analysiert werden, wobei die Blockstruktur einer Seite entsprechend mit Zonen zur Weiterverarbeitung (Umbruch und Texterkennung) markiert wird. XYZ 3.0 setzt für diesen Analyseschritt eine ausreichend deutliche, horizontale und vertikale Trennung von einzelnen Textblöcken, wie Absätze, Überschriften, Untertitel oder Grafiken, voraus. Rechteckige Grafiken, wie zum Beispiel Zeitungsfotos werden ebenfalls passend markiert. Es ist jedoch zu beachten, daß Strichgrafiken, wie Zeichnungen oder Diagramme zumeist nicht korrekt als eigenständige Blöcke erkannt werden können, da ihr Aufbau zu lose, zu heterogen ist. Überdies können Beschriftungen oder Texte innerhalb solcher Grafiken sogar dazu führen, daß in die Grafik eingebettete Texte selbst wieder als eigene Textblöcke gefunden und mit Zonen markiert werden. In diesem Fall empfiehlt es sich, derartige Bereiche einer Dokumentenseite als Grafikzonen zu definieren.
2.2.2 Voraussetzung: Papier- und Druckqualität
Besonders bei der Verarbeitung von Zeitungen spielt die Qualität des Zeitungspapiers und des Drucks eine große Rolle. In diesem Bereich ist eine starke Qualitätsstreuung zwischen verschiedenen Quellen zu beobachten. Falls das Zeitungspapier sehr dünn ist, kann bei zu starker Helligkeitseinstellung des Scanners die bedruckte Rückseite durchscheinen und das Image der zu bearbeitenden Vorderseite insbesondere die OCR-Verarbeitung stören. Auch die Farbe des Zeitungspapiers spielt eine nicht unerhebliche Rolle für die erzielbare Imagequalität. In beiden Fällen kann die Wahl einer passenden Helligkeitseinstellung des Scanners Abhilfe schaffen. XYZ 3.0 verfügt über einen Mechanismus, der individuell für jede Zeitung die passenden Helligkeitseinstellungen, sobald sie einmal ermittelt sind, abspeichert und automatisch beim Scannen lädt.

2.1.1. Skenování
Skenování je snímání písemné předlohy skenerem. Přitom se v počítači vytváří digitální obraz předlohy. Tento obraz je sítí černých, bílých, popř. šedých bodů. Oproti informaci zadané přes klávesnici nemůže však počítač obraz využít jako text. Obraz musí být nejprve převeden na text, který bude počítači srozumitelný – tedy „přečten“.
Alternativou skenování je dostat obraz do operační paměti nahráním obrazového souboru z paměťového média.
2.1.2 Zpracování obrazů – automatická analýza grafické úpravy
V mnoha případech nechceme zpracovávat celou předlohu, ale zajímají nás pouze určité části dokumentu. XYZ 3.0 vám nabízí možnost zobrazovat naskenovanou originální stránku pomocí příslušných nástrojů v libovolných zvětšeninách výřezu, otáčet obrazy či upravovat velikost okna. Elektronickými nůžkami mohou být nežádoucí části stránky odstraněny či určité oblasti ze stránky novin vystřiženy. Automatickou analýzou grafické úpravy je obraz dále rozdělen na oblasti (zóny). V rámci dokumentu rozpozná XYZ 3.0 struktury, jako jsou nadpisy, podtitulky či bloky textu, automaticky a podle nich stanoví odpovídající zóny. Obsah těchto zón lze přenést na jednu či několik cílových stránek, lze jej jinak sestavit a seskupit. Zóny se používají jak pro zalomení na cílovou stránku, tak jako čtecí zóny pro rozpoznání textu.
2.1.3 Rozpoznání textu
Rozpoznání textu přístrojem XYZ 3.0 v sobě spojuje dva rozdílné druhy registrace textu. Rozpoznání všech fontů umožňuje rychlé rozpoznání často se měnících předloh, avšak s poněkud nižší přesností rozpoznání. Kromě toho lze systém „trénovat“ tak, aby u často používaných předloh byla „natrénována“ speciální platforma písma, čímž se dosáhne vyšší přesnosti rozpoznání.
2.2 Předpoklady předloh
2.2.1 Předpoklad: Grafická úprava
Pro snadné zpracování a přetvoření naskenovaných stran dokumentů má XYZ 3.0 k dispozici nástroj pro automatickou analýzu grafické úpravy. Tak lze dokumenty, které svým uspořádáním odpovídají typické stránce novin, dobře analyzovat, přičemž je vyznačena struktura bloků dle dané stránky se zónami pro další zpracování (zalamování a rozpoznání textu). XYZ 3.0 předpokládá pro tento krok analýzy dostatečně zřetelné horizontální i vertikální oddělení jednotlivých bloků textu, jako jsou odstavce, nadpisy, podtitulky či grafiky. Pravoúhlé grafiky, jako jsou např. fotografie v novinách, jsou rovněž vhodným způsobem označeny. Je však třeba dbát na to, aby čárové grafiky, jako výkresy či diagramy, nebyly ve většině případů správně rozpoznávány jako samostatné bloky, jelikož jejich uspořádání je příliš volné, příliš heterogenní. Kromě toho mohou popisky či texty v takových grafikách vést k tomu, že texty včleněné do grafiky budou opět jako samostatné bloky textu nalezeny a označeny zónami. V tomto případě se doporučuje definovat takové oblasti stránky dokumentu jako zóny grafiky.
2.2.2 Předpoklad: Kvalita papíru a tisku
Zejména při zpracovávání novin hraje kvalita novinového papíru a tisku velkou roli. V této oblasti lze pozorovat silný rozptyl kvality mezi různými zdroji. V případě, že je novinový papír velmi slabý, může při příliš silném nastavení jasu na skeneru potištěná rubová strana prosvítat a narušit obraz zpracovávané přední strany, zejména OCR zpracování. Také barva novinového papíru hraje nezanedbatelnou roli při dosažení kvality obrazu. V obou případech může být řešením volba vhodného nastavení jasu na skeneru. XYZ 3.0 má k dispozici mechanismus, který vhodná nastavení jasu, jakmile je jednou zjistí, pro každé noviny zvlášť uloží a automaticky je při skenování nahraje.

Tato licence nepředstavuje prodej softwaru ani jeho kopie.
4. Zachovávání v tajnosti: Zavazujete se, že budete se softwarem nakládat jako s důvěrnými informacemi a bez výslovného písemného souhlasu ze strany XYZ ho neposkytnete třetím osobám, ani jim ho nezpřístupníte. Dále se zavazujete, že učiníte všechna přiměřená opatření za účelem vyloučení přístupu neoprávněných osob k tomuto softwaru.

Source text - Czech Míra inflace v zemích eurozóny v lednu podle prvního rychlého odhadu vzrostla na 2,4 procenta. Oznámil to dnes statistický úřad Evropské unie Eurostat. Výsledek je přesně v souladu s odhady analytiků.
Lednový růst znamená další zrychlení tempa proti prosinci, kdy mělo 12 členů eurozóny inflaci 2,2 procenta. Růst cen v eurozóně se měří indexem spotřebitelských cen měnové unie (MUICP) a rychlý odhad nezahrnuje žádné bližší údaje ani data za každou zemi zvlášť.
Pokračující růst inflace bývá jedním z důvodů ke zvýšení základních úrokových sazeb. Základní úrok je nyní v eurozóně na 2,25 procenta, kam ho Evropská centrální banka zvýšila v prosinci loňského roku. Ve čtvrtek sazby nechala beze změn, ale naznačila, že je připravena je zvýšit.
Rychlý odhad inflace zahrnuje historická data a částečně také informace o cenovém vývoji v posledních měsících. Rychlý odhad je podle historického srovnání zpravidla velmi přesný, jen výjimečně se index později liší o více než desetinu procenta.
Translation - German Die Inflationsrate in den Eurozone-Ländern stieg im Januar nach erster Schnelleinschätzung auf 2,4 Prozent. Darüber hat heute das statistische Amt der Europäischen Union Eurostat berichtet. Das Ergebnis steht in genauem Einklang mit Schätzungen von Analytikern.
Das Wachstum im Januar bedeutet eine weitere Beschleunigung des Tempos im Vergleich zum Dezember, als 12 Mitglieder der Eurozone eine Inflation von 2,2 Prozent auswiesen. Die Preissteigerung in der Eurozone wird mit dem Verbraucherpreisindex der Währungsunion (MUICP) gemessen und die Schnelleinschätzung enthält keine näheren Angaben oder Daten für einzelne Länder.
Der anhaltende Inflationsanstieg ist oft einer der Gründe für die Erhöhung der Basiszinssätze. Der Basiszins in der Eurozone beläuft sich nun auf 2,25 Prozent, ein Niveau, auf das er durch die Europäische Zentralbank im Dezember letzten Jahres angehoben wurde. Am Donnerstag ließ sie die Sätze unverändert, sie deutete jedoch an, dass sie bereit ist, sie zu erhöhen.
Die Schnelleinschätzung der Inflation schließt historische Daten und teilweise auch Informationen über die Preisentwicklung in den letzten Monaten ein. Die Schnelleinschätzung ist nach historischem Vergleich in der Regel sehr genau, nur ausnahmsweise weicht der Index später um mehr als ein Zehntel Prozent ab.

Translation - English At the first fast estimate, the inflation rate in the Eurozone countries increased to 2.4 per cent in January. It has been announced by the European Union’s statistical office Eurostat today. The result completely agrees with analysts’ estimates.
The January growth means further acceleration of the rate compared to December, when 12 Eurozone members had a 2.2 per cent inflation rate. The rise in the Eurozone prices is measured by the Monetary Union index of consumer prices (MUICP), and quick assessment does not include any closer data or data for every single country.
The continued increase in the inflation rate is often one of the reasons why base interest rates are raised. The base interest rate in the Eurozone currently amounts to 2.25 per cent, a level which it was increased to by the European Central Bank last December. On Thursday it left the rates unchanged, but suggested it was prepared to raise them.
The quick estimate of inflation includes historical data and partly also information on the price development in the last few months. By historical comparison, a quick estimate is as a rule high accurate, only exceptionally does the index later differ by more than one tenth of per cent.

Já, níže podepsaný statutární zástupce uchazeče (společnosti) čestně prohlašuji (-eme), že jsem uchazeč:
a) který nebyl pravomocně odsouzen pro trestný čin spáchaný ve prospěch zločinného spolčení, trestný čin účasti na zločinném spolčení, legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti, podílnictví, přijímání úplatku, podplácení, nepřímého úplatkářství, podvodu, úvěrového podvodu, včetně případů, kdy jde o přípravu nebo pokus nebo účastenství na takovém trestném činu, nebo došlo k zahlazení odsouzení za spáchání takového trestného činu; jde-li o právnickou osobu, musí tento předpoklad splňovat statutární orgán nebo každý člen statutárního orgánu, a je-li statutárním orgánem dodavatele či členem statutárního orgánu dodavatele právnická osoba, musí tento předpoklad splňovat statutární orgán nebo každý člen statutárního orgánu této právnické osoby; podává-li nabídku či žádost o účast zahraniční právnická osoba prostřednictvím své organizační složky, musí předpoklad podle tohoto písmene splňovat vedle uvedených osob rovněž vedoucí této organizační složky; tento základní kvalifikační předpoklad musí dodavatel splňovat jak ve vztahu k území České republiky, tak k zemi svého sídla, místa podnikání či bydliště,
b) který nebyl pravomocně odsouzen pro trestný čin, jehož skutková podstata souvisí s předmětem podnikání dodavatele podle zvláštních právních předpisů nebo došlo k zahlazení odsouzení za spáchání takového trestného činu; jde-li o právnickou osobu, musí tuto podmínku splňovat statutární orgán nebo každý člen statutárního orgánu, a je-li statutárním orgánem dodavatele či členem statutárního orgánu dodavatele právnická osoba, musí tento předpoklad splňovat statutární orgán nebo každý člen statutárního orgánu této právnické osoby; podává-li nabídku či žádost o účast zahraniční právnická osoba prostřednictvím své organizační složky, musí předpoklad podle tohoto písmene splňovat vedle uvedených osob rovněž vedoucí této organizační složky; tento základní kvalifikační předpoklad musí dodavatel splňovat jak ve vztahu k území České republiky, tak k zemi svého sídla, místa podnikání či bydliště,
c) který nenaplnil skutkovou podstatu jednání nekalé soutěže formou podplácení podle zvláštního právního předpisu,
d) vůči jehož majetku neprobíhá insolvenční řízení, v němž bylo vydáno rozhodnutí o úpadku nebo insolvenční návrh nebyl zamítnut proto, že majetek nepostačuje k úhradě nákladů insolvenčního řízení, nebo nebyl konkurs zrušen proto, že majetek byl zcela nepostačující nebo zavedena nucená správa podle zvláštních právních předpisů,
e) který není v likvidaci,
f) který nemá v evidenci daní zachyceny daňové nedoplatky, a to jak v České republice, tak v zemi sídla, místa podnikání či bydliště dodavatele,
g) který nemá nedoplatek na pojistném a na penále na veřejné zdravotní pojištění, a to jak v České republice, tak v zemi sídla, místa podnikání či bydliště dodavatele,
h) který nemá nedoplatek na pojistném a na penále na sociální zabezpečení a příspěvku na státní politiku zaměstnanosti, a to jak v České republice, tak v zemi sídla, místa podnikání či bydliště dodavatele, a
i) který nebyl v posledních 3 letech pravomocně disciplinárně potrestán či mu nebylo pravomocně uloženo kárné opatření podle zvláštních právních předpisů, je-li podle § 54 písm. d) požadováno prokázání odborné způsobilosti podle zvláštních právních předpisů; pokud dodavatel vykonává tuto činnost prostřednictvím odpovědného zástupce nebo jiné osoby odpovídající za činnost dodavatele, vztahuje se tento předpoklad na tyto osoby.
Uchazeč dále prohlašuje, že je vázán celým obsahem nabídky po celou dobu zadávací lhůty, tj. 90 dnů. Uchazeč je svou nabídkou vázán do konce zadávací lhůty, resp. do dne doručení oznámení zadavatele o výběru nejvhodnější nabídky. Zadávací lhůta se prodlužuje uchazečům umístěným na prvních třech místech v pořadí až do doby uzavření smlouvy nebo případného zrušení zadávacího řízení.

I, the undesigned authorized representative of the tenderer (company), affirm hereby that I am a contender:

f) that has no arrears of taxes in his records of taxes in the Czech Republic, nor in the country where the contractor has his registered office, place of business or residence;
g) that has no arrears of public health insurance premium or penalty in the Czech Republic, nor in the country where the contractor has his registered office, place of business or residence;
h) that has no arrears of social security or national employment scheme contributions or penalty in the Czech Republic, nor in the country where the contractor has his registered office, place of business or residence; and
i) that has not been disciplined upon a final and conclusive judgment in the last 3 years, nor has he been awarded a disciplinary punishment under special legal regulations if S. 54 (d) provides for proving professional competence under special legal regulations; providing that the contractor carries on his business through a responsible representative or any other person in charge of the contractor’s business, this prerequisite also applies to such persons.
The tenderer also declares that the tenderer is bound by the whole content of the tender over the entire period set by the commissioning authority, i. e. 90 days. The tenderer is bound by his tender until the expiry of the period set by the commissioning authority, or until the delivery of a notice by the commissioning authority announcing the selection of the most convenient tender. The period set by the commissioning authority shall be extended for the tenderers that are in the first three places until the contract is entered into or the tendering procedure is cancelled.
