Failure on the part the Shipper to receive the confirmation within the time frame specified above shall qualify as serious breach of contract and shall be regarded by the Shipper as the Forwarder's inability to carry out the assignment, as a consequence of which the Shipper may withdraw the order concerned without any legal obligation and may place the order with another Forwarder, providing that the Forwarder must reimburse any and all costs incurred in the process. | Translation - Slovak

In order to suspend the large, heavy solids in the reaction zone, the solids contact reactor must have a draft tube which extends to the bottom of the basin where the heavier solids moved in by the scraper flights are available. The velocity at the entrance to the draft tube must be adequate to resuspend these heavy solids and the recirculator must be capable of moving a large volume of these solids to maintain a high concentration in the reaction zone. | Translation - Slovak
Aby sa vznášali veľké, ťažké tuhé častice v reakčnej zóne, kontaktný reaktor tuhých častíc musí mať nasávaciu rúru, ktorá siaha na dno nádrže, kde sú prítomné ťažšie tuhé častice premiešavané pomocou stieracích lopatiek. Rýchlosť na vstupe do nasávacej rúry musí byť dostatočná, aby sa znovu vzniesli tieto ťažké tuhé častice a recirkulátor musí dokázať pohnúť veľkým objemom týchto častíc, aby sa udržala vysoká koncentrácia v reakčnej zóne. |
