The Csongrád County Police imposed against the perpetrator, Pawandeep Singh, of minor infraction of the road traffic rules the payment at the premises of 5.000 HUF (five thousand) penalty by using the form of payment penalty at the premises dated on 06 June 2014 and enforced with number as above.
In the process of decision taking about substitution for custody, when examining the lawfulness of the execution process, the Court has realized that the procedure of the operative authority for imposing the payment penalty at the premises as of basic procedure was unlawful for the reasons below:

कसोनग्रेड काउंटी पुलिस ने अतिक्रमणकर्त्ता पवनदीप सिंह के विरुद्ध सड़क यातायात नियमों के मामूली अतिक्रमण पर 06 जून 2014 को परिसर में दण्ड भुगतान फार्म का प्रयोग करते हुए 5.000 (पांच हजार) एचयूएफ का दण्ड लगाया था और इसे उपरोक्त संख्या के द्वारा लागू किया था.

1. SCOPE
This standard covers the general requirements for straight lock-stitch sewing machines head, suitable for driving with any mode of driving ( such as hand attachment/ foot arrangement/ electric motor ); driving attachment – base/table/stand(one of the three) all as integral parts of sewing machine.
However the cover may be the option supply. When a sewing machine leaves the factory premises it shall be in ready to use state and have all integral parts fitted/supplied along with irrespective of the model.
2. REFERENCES
The Indian Standards given in Annex A contain provisions which through reference in this text constitute provisions of this standard. At the time of publication the editions indicate are valid. 3 DRIVING ARRANGEMENTS
Hand Operated Machine
A hand operated machine shall be driven by a hand operated driving attachment conforming to IS 13192. It shall consist of a handle which folds upon the machine to allow it for placing of cover over the base. The handle shall me so geared that one revolution will drive the fly towards wheel at least three times. Hand operated machine shall also be suitable for foot/electic drive.
Foot Operated Machine
Foot operated machines shall be driven by a round leather belt from a hand wheel actuated by a foot treadle through a Pitman rod. The Pitman rod shall have a ball and a socket joint at the treadle end and a ball bearing at the crack end. Hand wheel and crank shall be mounted by trunnlon bearings. A device shall be furnished to permit throwing the belt either off or on the hand when as desired. A safety dress guard shall be furnished.
Motor Driven Sewing Machines
Electrical Equipment
The electric motor driven machines shall be supplied with starting switch and speed controller. Interconnecting wiring between speed controller and motor shall be of a flexible three cored PVC or equivalent wire to permit adjustment of the driving motor/speed controller.

3 मशीन चलाने की व्यववस्थाेएं
हाथ से चलाई जाने वाली मशीन
हाथ से चलाई जाने वाली मशीन भा.मा. 13192 के अनुरुप हाथ से चलाने के लिए हत्थे. द्वारा चलाई जाएगी । इसके साथ एक हत्थाए लगा होगा जिसे अडडे के ऊपर आवरण में रखते समय मशीन पर मो़डा जा सकता है । हत्थेे को इस प्रकार गियर किया जाएगा कि इसके एक चक्कसर से मक्षिका चक्र की ओर कम से कम तीन बार घूम जाए । हाथ से चलाई जाने वाली मशीन पैरो/बिजली/मोटर से भी चलाई जा सकती है ।
पैरो से चलने वाली मशीन
पैरों से चलने वाली मशीनों को हाथ से चलने वाले चक्र पर पिटमैन रॉड के द्वारा पैर-ट्रेडिल से लगी गोल चमड़े की पेटी के द्वारा चलाया जाएगा । पिटमैन रॉड में ट्रेडिल के सिरे पर एक गोला तथा एक साकेट जोड़ और क्रेंक के सिरे पर बाल बेरिंग होता है । हस्ते-चक्र तथा क्रैंक को टेक बैरिंग द्वारा जोड़ा जाएगा । आवश्येकतानुसार पेटी को लगाने या नीचे उतारने का प्रावधान होना चाहिए । सुरक्षा ड्रेस रक्षक भी उपलब्धच कराया जाएगा ।
मोटर से चलने वाली मशीन
बिजली उपकरण
बिजली की मोटर से चलने वाली मशीनों की आपूर्ति इन्हेंउ चलाने के स्विच तथा गति नियंत्रक के साथ की जाएगी । गति नियंत्रक तथा मोटर के मध्यि कनेक्शगन करने वाली तार लचीली तीन पीवीसी पाईप के द्वारा या इसी प्रकार की तार के द्वारा जुड़ी होगी जिससे कि ड्राईविंग मोटर/गति नियंत्रक को व्योवस्थित किया जा सके ।

गीत गाया पत्थरों ने – काश पत्थर बोल सकते और पृथ्वी पर प्रकट होने की कहानी स्वयं सुनातें । खैर पत्थर चटटानों से प्राप्त होता है । भवन निर्माण और अन्य इंजीनीयरिंग कार्यो के लिए इसका उपयोग हजारों वर्षो से होता आ रहा है । रामायण काल में नल-नील दो विख्यात अभियन्ताओं ने लंका मार्ग पर पडने वाले समुद्र पर अति हल्के भार वाले पत्थरों का पुल बनाया था । प्रकाष्ठा के बाद पत्थर ही ऐसा प्राकृतिक निर्माण पदार्थ है जो पृथ्वी की सतह पर बहुतायत एवं सुगमता से उपलब्ध है, जिसे थोडा काट छांट कर इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है । ईटों की भांति इसे पाथने, सुखाने व भटठे में पकाना नहीं पडता है । पत्थरों का उपयोग नींव, दीवारों, फर्शों सडकों, पुलों, बांधों आदि के लिए पूराने समय से किया जाता रहा है । सैकडों वर्षो पूर्व पत्थरों से निर्मित ऐतिहासिक तथा यादगार योग्य भवन, दुर्ग-किले तथा महल-मीनारें इस पदार्थ के अन्य निर्माण पदार्थे से अधिक चिर स्थायी होने का स्पष्ट प्रमाण है ।

After Wood, stone is the only natural substance which is available in plenty and readily on surface, it can be used after a little cutting and customised. Contrary to bricks, these are not required moulding, drying and calcinations in the kin. Stones are used in foundations, walls, floors, roads, bridges, dams etc from the old age. Stone constructed, historical and commemoration buildings, forts-and palaces-towers, before hundreds of years are the ever proof of long life of this material along with other construction materials.
Stones are available in various composition, form, colours , qualities and sizes. Its properties are based on the rock from which this is derived by cutting or mining. Some stones are hard, like granite, while serpentine stone is very soft. Marble is found in many colours while slate is famous for sky colour. Ornamental carving is easily done on sand stone while Basalt and Trap stones are not good for this. Therefore, selection of appropriate type of stone is done in view of the type of construction work.

On-Screen Marking (OSM) system
C.B.S.E is first national examination body to have started On Screen Marking (OSM). This system was introduced in the class X exams in all subjects and for all regions. However, in Class XII OSM was done in English and Economics in Delhi region only. This move is designed to help in strengthening the evaluation process and minimizing the scope for errors.
Teachers from affiliated schools were trained for On Screen marking. Answer-scripts for these subjects were scanned and uploaded centrally and then downloaded at the evaluation centres online. For evaluation teachers were given a user-id through which they could access and download the batch of scripts assigned to them for correction.
The OSM software was developed in such a way that the Answer book could not be submitted to the Head Examiner if there was any un-assessed portion or unmarked answer on the Answer Scripts. As a result there was no chance of leaving questions unassessed.
The Head Examiner was responsible for reviewing 10% Answer books compulsorily to ensure proper marking and rectify mistakes if any.
National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF)
CBSE has introduced five vocational subjects namely Retail, Travel & Tourism, Automobile, Information Technology and Security in selective schools from the session 2012-13 from class IX onwards. The first batch of class X appeared in 2014 examinations.
Schools opted vocational subject as a compulsory or additional sixth subject. The syllabus for the core subjects of Mathematics, Science, Hindi, English and Social Science was rationalized for those which opted these subjects as compensatory. The formative assessment was carried out as per CCE norms. In Summative Assessment I and SA-II, the distribution of marks between theory and practical was 30:60.
Joint certification of skills: In order to assess the skills experts were nominated by the respective Sector Skills Council (bodies of industries) for the purpose of issuing joint certificate with the Sector Skills Council.
Problem Solving Assessment has been introduced for the students of Classes IX and XI with the objective of assessing students’ higher order thinking skills.
It is compulsory for all students of classes IX and XI. PSA comprises of 60 MCQ of 60 marks based on Language conventions, Qualitative Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning. There is no specific syllabus for the test. PSA assesses student’s ability to process, interpret and use information rather than assessing students prior subject knowledge.
PSA score is counted towards FA4 which is 10% of total assessments for class-IX. This score is reflected equally in one language (English or Hindi), Mathematics, Science and Social Science.
Class-XI students are issued a separate certificate for the same.

Investing can be defined as the act of acquiring a company, which is run by capable managers, enjoys a competitive advantage in its area of operation, has favourable prospects, and importantly, is available at an attractive price. Under that definition, commodity stocks would not qualify as potential candidates for investment. However, the equation changes when stock prices are excessively beaten down and the prospects of revival in the underlying commodity can be reasonably expected. When that is the case, what is the right way to go about investing in commodity companies? That is the question that is the subject matter of the chapter, Commodity Stocks. Our studies support a counter-intuitive method that seems to work better than the conventional approach used by the vast majority of investors.
Public Sector Units
Can Public Sector Units have the autonomy to look after the interest of all the stakeholders and create value for shareholders? क्षेत्र में निवेश

New Delhi, July 21. Amidst huge support from Dalit and backward communities in the Capital, the Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party President Sh. Vijay Goel today conducted a “Padyatra” in several predominantly Dalit colonies thus launching the next leg of party’s “Outreach” campaign to bring more and more Dalits in the party fold. In the earlier phase, the party had held a “sahbjoj” with more than 16000 Dalits which received tremendous response.
Sh. Goel started his “Padyatra” in Dalit abd Balmiki bastis, the first of its kind by any political leader in the Capital in the recent past, from Ranjit Nagar and visited a number of Dalit bastis in the surrounding areas. He was accompanied a a huge number of local community leaders and a number of BJP leaders including Sh. Krishan Lal Dhilod, president of the Delhi BJP”s SC Morcha.
After the padyatra, in another unique initiative, Sh. Goel also decided to spend the night at Pandav Nagar along with a Dalit family. Addressing the community members as well as the BJP cadres who accompanied Sh. Goel during his padyatraand night stay, the Delhi BJP President said, “The Dalits, Balmikis and Scheduled Castes have been left in the lurch as the policies of the Congress government in Delhi have benefitted only vested interests who have pocketed most of the money meant for welfare of Dalits.”

When inspection discloses evidence of oil flooding or excessive accumulation of dirt, oil film or deposits of foreign material on the generator windings, all exposed surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned. Dust or similar loose accumulations should be removed, preferably by vacuum cleaner but may be blown out with dry air, observing the usual safety precautions and regulating the air pressure so as not to damage the insulation. Remaining oil or dust should then be removed by wiping with a clean cloth.
If the bar surface still contains foreign material, a cloth can be lightly moistened with one of the below cleaner solvents depending on the type of insulation. For Mica pal insulation, anyone of the below solvents may be used. For asphaltic insulation, XXX is to be used. However, when using XXX, care must be exercised by using as little as possible amounts to remove the foreign material(s). Avoid saturating the asphaltic bar with excessive amounts of XXX, as it could possibly soften the asphaltic insulation or the finish coat of varnish. If extreme care is not practiced, it may be necessary to re-varnish the winding.
CAUTION
Do not scrape the insulation with sharp edged metal tools or other devices, which could cause cuts or abrasions.
Cleaning fluids
In general it might be said that cleaning fluids that might be used would fall in two categories. The first of these would be the petroleum solvents which are nontoxic but which are flammable and will attack the insulationvarnish.
The next category would be the chlorine containing solvents. These are non-flammable but are toxic and may attack the insulation varnish. Example of a solvent in this category is YYY. Because of the serious health hazard, it is recommended that carbon tetrachloride not be used in cleaning operation on generators.

Source text - English Although the Police and Border Guard Board based its application dated August 4, 2015 on § 361 (2) 5) of the Act on Granting International Protection to Aliens as grounds for detainment, the Administrative Court with its ruling dated August 7, 2015 extended the time limit of detaining S. Singh on the basis of §361 (2) 4) of the Act on Granting International Protection to Aliens. Based on the judicial practice, the Court is not bound by the legal grounds stated in the Police and Border Guard Board’s application when assessing the permissibility of detainment (see the Supreme Court’s ruling dated January 29, 2015 in case No. 3-3-1-52-14, clause 13). Therefore, it is not relevant for the adjudication of an appeal whether the Police and Border Guard Board has sufficiently justified its suspicion of abuse of the right to asylum; instead, the Circuit Court must first and foremost verify whether the Administrative Court has correctly applied § 361 (2) 4) of the Act on Granting International Protection to Aliens.
