Section 69.2 of United National Transitional Administration for East Timor Regulation No. 2000/18 (UNTAET Regulation No. 2000/18) states that a person who wishes to appeal to the Appeals Office shall do so within 60 days from the date of receiving notice of the decision or assessment from the Commissioner that they wish to appeal.
In accordance with Part G section 69 of UNTAET Regulation No. 2000/18, XXXXX lodges its appeal respectfully requesting that the Appeals Office rejects the NDPR's instruction and Commissioner's decision regarding the requirement to withhold a withholding tax from the monthly Capacity Reservation Charge (CRC) payment made to the Owners named in the GTA, filing monthly withholding tax form.

O número 2 do artigo 69.º do Regulamento da Administração Transitória das Nações Unidas em Timor-Leste (Regulamento da UNTAET n.º 2000/18) determina que uma pessoa que deseje recorrer ao Gabinete de Recursos deve fazê-lo dentro de 60 dias a partir da data de recebimento do lançamento, lançamento modificado ou decisão do Comissário do qual ou da qual deseje recorrer.
De acordo com a Parte G, Artigo 69.º, do Regulamento da UNITAET n.º 2000/18, a XXXXXXX fundamenta o seu recurso, requerendo, respeitosamente, ao Gabinete de Recursos que rejeite a ordem da NDPR e a decisão do Comissário respeitantes à retenção mensal na fonte de imposto aplicável aos pagamentos das CRCs, pagável aos Proprietários referidos no Acordo de Transporte de Gás (GTA), bem como à obrigatoriedade de entrega de declaração de retenção na fonte.
