wood-scented, with the cars going by on Route 84 just adding pneumatic sound effects, sheee-ooooooooo, like a gentle wind. All peace here; very reassuring!
Translation - Czech A jestli existovalo nějaké místo, kde by se dalo otřepat od New Yorku, tak to bylo tohle, nahoře u Keseyho v :::::: limetkovém :::::: světle :::::: stromového loubí ::::: po stezce za domem nahoru, do kopce, do nitra sekvojového lesa, tam Sandy najednou narazil na báječné loubí, jako ohromná kupolovitá klenba, jako to, co mají lidé na mysli, když mluví o „lesní katedrále“, ale tahle scenérie byla ještě umocněná majestátností sekvojí. Jak se slunce snášelo sekvojovým jehličím – vypadalo to, že se kmeny s jehličím nad našimi hlavami vypínají do výšky mnoha desítek metrů. Vždy bylo slunečno a chládek zároveň, jako by tu dokonalý podzimní den trval celý rok. Slunce pronikalo záplavou jehličí, tříštilo se jako na pointilistické malbě, temně zelené skvrny stínů a zářivé světlo v závratně hlubokém zeleném superloubí, nevyhasínající limetkově zelené světlo, zlato-zelená odpoledne, nehybnost, vertikální mír, ovoněný dřevem, se zvuky pneumatik aut projíždějících po osmdesát čtyřce, vžííííííí-ummmm, jako větřík. Naprostý mír – tak konejšivý.

Klient je oprávněn čerpat Úvěr pouze na úhradu plateb, resp. částí plateb, na jejichž zaplacení není k požadovanému dni čerpání dostatek prostředků na Vázaném stavebním účtu, přičemž na Vázaném stavebním účtu může zůstat zůstatek maximálně CZK [částka čísly] (slovy: Korun českých [částka slovy]).
7.
Čerpání Úvěru, jakož i uvolňování prostředků z Vázaného stavebního účtu, bude prováděno připsáním částky uvedené v příslušných daňových dokladech (fakturách), příp. v jiných dokladech, snížené o Zádržné, které budou vystaveny Generálním dodavatelem nebo třetí osobou předem písemně schválenou Bankou podílející se na základě smlouvy uzavřené s Klientem na Projektu a přiloženy k Žádosti o čerpání, a to ve prospěch Běžného účtu / účtu Generálního dodavatele resp. účtu třetí osoby předem písemně schválené Bankou. V případě uvolňování prostředků z Vázaného stavebního účtu bude ve prospěch Běžného účtu připsána pouze částka rozdílu mezi částkou uvedenou v Žádosti o čerpání a částkou uvolňovanou z Vázaného stavebního účtu.

K Žádosti o čerpání a k Žádosti o uvolnění prostředků je Klient povinen vždy přiložit potvrzení Externího experta o tom, že příslušné daňové doklady, které Klient požaduje uhradit, jsou za práce již provedené, a to v souladu s předem schváleným Rozpočtem a Harmonogramem. Klient dále přiloží platební příkazy na částku rovnající se výši částky uvedené v příslušných dokladech snížené o Zádržné.

The Client is entitled to draw down the Loan only for the settlement of payments or parts of the payments, for which there are not sufficient funds as at the requested drawdown day on the Construction Escrow Account, whereas there may only be a maximum balance of CZK [amount] (in words: [words] Czech crowns) on the Construction Escrow Account.
7.
Drawdown of the Loan, as well as releasing the funds from the Construction Escrow Account, shall be executed by crediting the amount stipulated in the relevant invoices or other documents minus the Retention Fee, which will be issued by the General Supplier or a third party approved in advanced by the Bank in writing concerning the Project, on the basis of the agreement concluded with the Client and submitted with the Drawdown Request, to the Current Account/the account of the General Supplier or to an account of a third party approved in advance by the Bank in writing. In the event of releasing the funds from the Construction Escrow Account, only the difference between the amount stipulated in the Drawdown Request and the amount released from the Construction Escrow Account will be credited to the Current Account.

Together with the Drawdown Request and the Request for Releasing the Funds, the Client must always submit confirmation of the External Expert demonstrating that the relevant invoices the Client requests to be paid are for work already completed, in accordance with the Budget and the Schedule approved in advance. The Client shall also submit a payment order for an amount equal to the amount stipulated in the relevant documents minus the Retention Fee.
