Source text - Romanian Prezentul contract inceteaza de plin drept, fara nici un fel de formalitati prealabile si fara punerere in intarziere, in cazul in care una din parti:
- este declarata in stare de incapacitate de plata sau a fost declansata procedura de lichidare judiciara (faliment) impotriva acesteia inainte de inceperea executarii prezentului contract;
- cesioneaza drepturile si obligatiile sale prevazute de prezentul contract fara acordul scris al celeilalte parti.
Translation - English This contract is rightfully terminated, without any prior formal procedure and without notice of default, if one of the parties:
- is declared insolvent or the liquidation proceedings (bankruptcy) have been released against it before the execution of this contract;
- transfers the rights and obligations stipulated hereunder without the written consent of the opposite party.

Source text - English These Ts&Cs, together with the relevant Order contain the entire agreement and understanding be-tween the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. In the event of any conflict between an Order and these Ts&Cs then these Ts&Cs shall prevail.
Translation - Romanian Prezenţii termeni şi condiţii, împreună cu Deciziile relevante cuprind clauzele de integralitate ale con-tractului şi înţelegerea dintre părţi referitoare la obiectul acestuia şi înlocuieşte toate celelalte angaja-mente şi înţelegeri anterioare între părţi, atât scrise cât şi verbale, referitoare la un astfel de obiect. În cazul în care apar incompatibilităţi între o Decizie şi prezenţii termeni şi condiţii, vor guverna prezenţii termeni şi condiţii.
