New guarantee for purchase of chimney servicing makes the customer the winner

Source text - Swedish Det har hänt att jag ställt mig på en äng och skrikit rätt ut. De som bor i närheten har nog undrat nog vad det varit frågan om.
När jag känt mig färdig har jag gått till nästa vårdtagare.
Egentligen är jag en glad och sprallig person som har väldigt nära till skratt. Jag tycker om att vara ute i naturen, cyklar mycket och tränar tre dagar i veckan. Jag är intresserad av inredning, går gärna på loppis och så läser jag mycket, senast om en kille som jobbat på ett äldreboende och skrivit ner vad han varit med om. Och så har jag en katt som jag fått av en av mina vårdtagare.
Jag har jobbat inom vården i arton år. I grunden tycker jag jättemycket om mitt arbete. Innan jag blev sjuk hände mycket samtidigt. Jag levde i ett förhållande som verkligen inte var bra men i stort var det jobbet som gjorde att det blev som det blev. Jag hade mycket korttidsfrånvaro innan jag blev sjuk och min dåvarande chef ordnade ett förstadagsintyg via företagshälsovården. Det var som att de tyckte att jag skulle rycka upp mig, ingen lyssnade till mig och mina kollegor när vi berättade hur vi upplevde våra arbetsdagar.
Allt började när de införde minutscheman där allting räknas i tid. Vi hade redan testat det en gång och det funkade dåligt, ändå sa de att vi skulle prova igen. Det här arbetssättet har vi fortfarande. Alla har varsin runda i telefonen, när man kommer på morgonen och ser sitt schema tänker man att herregud, det här går aldrig. Man kan ha sjutton brukare på morgonen, då ska man vara ute tio över sju och tillbaka vid elva, det finns ingen rimlig chans att klara det i tid. En bäddning av sängen får ta max två minuter och stödstrumpor får ta tre. Har du som läser det här försökt ta på stödstrumpor på någon med svullna ben? Tro mig, det tar mer än tre minuter. Tiden det tar att förflytta oss mellan vårdtagarna räknas inte med. Nu har vi i och för sig fått elcyklar men vi kan ju inte magiskt flyga mellan vårdtagarna.
Jag minns tydligt brytpunkten när jag inte orkade mer. Det var i skiftet mellan sommar och höst när det ännu är ljust på dagarna men börjar bli mörkt om kvällarna. Jag fick alltfler symptom, jag hade huvudvärk och grät mycket, var mer irriterad än vanligt och hade svårt att sova. Min arbetsgivare ordnade så att jag kom till företagshälsovården där jag fick träffa en sköterska som mest verkade tycka att jag skulle rycka upp mig. Jag ville prova kognitiv beteendeterapi men fick inte det hos dem. Då ordnade jag det privat och tycker väl att det gick sådär, psykologen jag träffade sa att allt skulle ordna sig om jag hittade en man att leva med.

In truth, I’m a happy and playful person who’s never far from laughter. I like to be out in nature, I cycle a lot, and I work out three times a week. I’m interested in interior decoration, I love to go to flea markets, and I read a lot, most recently about a guy who worked at a home for the elderly and wrote about what he experienced. And I have a cat, which I got from one of my clients
I’ve worked in the care sector for eighteen years. Fundamentally, I really like my work. Before I got sick a lot of things happened all at once. I was living in a bad relationship, but for the most part, it was the job that caused what followed. I took a lot of absences on short notice before I became sick, and my boss at the time arranged to get a doctor’s certificate from occupational health. It was as if they thought I should just pull myself together. Nobody listened to me or my colleagues when we explained our experiences on the job.
Everything began when they introduced a scheme to measure our work by the minute. We’d already tested it once and it didn’t work well, but they said we should try it again anyway. We still work this way. Everyone has their round on their mobile. When you arrive in the morning and see your timetable you just think ‘God, this is impossible.’ You can have seventeen patients in the morning, starting at seven and ending at eleven, so there’s no chance of getting it done in time. Making a bed is allowed to take a maximum of two minutes, while compression socks can take three. Have you, readers, ever tried to put compression socks on someone with swollen legs? Believe me, it takes more than three minutes. The time it takes to go between patients isn’t counted. We’ve got electric bikes now, but we can’t magically fly from one person to the next.
I clearly remember the breaking point when I couldn’t take any more. It was during the shift from summer to autumn, when it’s still light during the day but beginning to get dark in the evening. I had more and more symptoms; I had headaches and cried a lot, I was more irritated than usual, and I was having trouble sleeping. My employer arranged for me to go to occupational health, where I got to meet a nurse who mainly seemed to think that I should pull myself together. I wanted to try cognitive behavioural therapy, but I didn’t get it from them. Instead, I arranged it privately, and I think it went okay. The psychologist I met said that everything would be okay if I found a man to live with.

I'm a Swedish to English translator with a diverse background. I have experience of writing and editing in English and while I'm comfortable with calling myself a generalist, I lean towards literary, engineering and scientific fields, since these are the areas in which I have the greatest experience.
I have adegree in physicsand I've worked in a range of jobs. Following my studies, I worked within theutilities sector as a CAD technician and GIS specialist. I moved from there intooil and gas, where I worked on gatheringchemical data and producing safety datafor a huge range of oil-derivative products.
Following this stint, I moved into freelance work as amedia analyst, studying media content of various kinds and assisting in theproduction of reports used by marketers. It was during this period that I developed my writing skills to an even higher level, due to the demands ofwriting reports for senior executives at some of the largest companies in the world, including media and publishing businesses.
It was during this period that I moved to Sweden and began to learn the language. I've lived in several parts of the country and am nowfluent in Swedish. I've been here long enough to have obtained my citizenship and I reside permanently in Skåne today.
I moved on a few years ago from media analysis into bothfreelance translation and design. Today,I run a print design and illustration business alongside my freelance translation and copyediting business. I've accumulated a lot of knowledge through the twists and turns of my career, which allows me to work comfortably within a very broad number of fields as a translator. The curiosity which has driven me forwards serves me well in this field, as it means I'm very comfortable with research and happy to get acquainted with the demands and specific terminology of new fields. I'm as happy withliterary and poetic work as I am with the technical or formal.
