o De asemenea, este necesar ca proiectul tehnic sa fie complet si suficient de clar, astfel incat sa se poata elabora pe baza lui detaliile de executie in conformitate cu materialele si tehnologia de executie propusa, dar cu respectarea stricta a prevederilor proiectului tehnic, fara sa fie necesara suplimentarea cantitatilor de lucrari respective si fara a se depasi costul lucrarii, stabilit in faza de oferta pentru executia lucrarilor;

o El proyecto técnico ha de elaborarse de forma clara y con la información completa, de modo que el órgano de contratación tenga acceso a los datos técnicos y económicos completos sobre el futuro de las obras que atienda a las necesidades técnicas, económicas y tecnológicas;
o Del mismo modo es necesario que el proyecto técnico esté completo y suficientemente claro de modo que se pueda basar en los detalles de ejecución en conformidad con los materiales y la tecnología de ejecución propuesta, pero con un estricto respeto a las provisiones del proyecto técnico sin que sea necesario añadir trabajos y sin que se supere el presupuesto de los trabajos, establecido en la cotización para la ejecución de las obras;
