Source text - French Dans notre culture, nous sommes habitués à faire 3 repas par jour, les asiatiques mangent 5 fois par jour. Finalement, quel serait le rythme idéal ?
J’ai envie de vous répondre : à chacun son rythme ! Néanmoins, des études ont montré que nous pourrions maigrir avec 5 repas par jour, stabiliser notre poids avec 3 repas par jour et grossir avec 2 repas par jour !
Et c’est assez logique : si, par exemple, vous avez une petite fringale sur le coup de 11h, n’hésitez pas à manger une banane ou une pomme, cela vous évitera au déjeuner de reprendre 2 fois des frites !
En revanche, si vous sautez un repas, votre corps risque de stocker des graisses pour prévenir le manque, et puis faire un repas en moins conduit souvent à augmenter quantitativement les 2 autres, et du coup, on grossit !

Source text - English Zacharias lived in the hill country southwest of Jerusalem. According to Moses’ instructions,to be a priest, one had to be a descendant of the original high priest, Aaron (Ex. 28:1). Zacharias’ wife, Elizabeth, was also a descendant of Aaron. Both were upright, godly individuals. Only one thing marred their lives: They had grown old without having children (Lk. 1:7).
The priests had been divided into twenty-four divisions, or orders (1 Chron. 24:1–19).
Zacharias was of the division of Abijah (Lk. 1:5; see 1 Chron. 24:10). The orders took turns ministering in the temple, a week at a time. Each week, lots were cast regarding temple duties (Lk. 1:9). The most coveted task was offering incense on the altar that stood before the curtain that hid the most Holy Place. This was the closest an ordinary priest could come to that hallowed spot. It was an honor that might come once in a lifetime.
As the story begins, it was Zacharias’ week to serve in the temple—and he had the privilege of offering incense. As he walked into the holy place, he must have been thinking what a special day
it was. It was to be even more special than he could have anticipated—for an angel of the Lord named Gabriel appeared to him. In the Bible, only two angels are named: Gabriel (Lk. 1:19, 26; see Dan. 8:16; 9:21) and Michael (Jude 9; Rev. 12:7; see Dan. 10:13, 21; 12:1). The word angel is a transliteration of the Greek word ἄγγελος (aggelos) which literally means ″messenger.″

Anche la moglie di Zaccaria, Elisabetta, era una discendente di Aronne. Entrambi erano uomini giusti e pii. Solo una cosa rovinava le loro vite: erano diventati vecchi senza avere figli (Lc 1,7).
I sacerdoti si dividevano in ventiquattro classi, o tribù (1 Cr 24,1-19). Zaccaria apparteneva alla classe di Abìa (Lc 1,5; vedi 1 Cr 24,10). Le tribù si alternavano a turno per prestare servizio nel tempio, una settimana per ciascuno. Ogni settimana i compiti del tempio venivano estratti a sorte (Lc 1,9). L’incarico più ambito era quello di presentare l’offerta dell’incenso sull’altare situato davanti al velo che nascondeva il santuario più importante. Era quello il maggior livello di vicinanza consentito a un sacerdote ordinario a quel luogo sacro. Era un onore che sarebbe potuto capitare una sola volta nella vita.
All’inizio del racconto, toccava a Zaccaria servire nel tempio in quella settimana, ed egli ebbe il privilegio di offrire l’incenso. Non appena entrò nel santuario, deve aver pensato a quanto fosse speciale quel giorno. E lo era più di quanto avesse mai potuto immaginare, poiché gli apparve un angelo del Signore di nome Gabriele. Nella Bibbia, si conoscono i nomi solo di due angeli: Gabriele (Lc 1,19.26; vedi Dn 8,16; 9,21) e Michele (Gd 9; Ap 12,7; vedi Dn 10,13.21; 12,1). La parola angelo è una traslitterazione della parola greca ἄγγελος (aggelos) che letteralmente significa “messaggero”.
