Prior to the Closing Date, the Company will submit an application to the QFMA and to the QE to list the Shares on the QE. It is proposed that allotment of Offer Shares and refunds of excess application amounts, if any, will occur by 18 October 2018. Holders of the Shares after completion of the Offering and incorporation of the Company will be entitled to receive dividends declared by the Company on such Shares in line with the policies and recommendations of the Board and General Assembly approval. Source text - English Qatari law relating to the enforcement of foreign judgments varies from that prevalent in certain other jurisdictions that investors may be familiar with. In general, as a matter of Qatari law, Qatari Law of Civil and Commercial Procedures No. (13) of 1990 provides for the possibility of enforcing judgments of foreign courts provided that certain formalities shall take place including, but not limited to, (a) translating the award or judgment into the Arabic language, (b) no higher committee or court, as the case may be, can change the judgment or award, (c) the subject matter was not reserved for the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatari courts, (d) the foreign judgment or arbitral award has been handed down by a court of competent jurisdiction, (e) the parties to the proceedings in which the judgment was rendered were properly served and represented, (f) the judgment or award is res judicata pursuant to the law of the court which rendered the judgment, and (g) the foreign judgment does not contradict a decision or order rendered by a Qatari court or violates the public policy or morals of the State of Qatar.
Neither the Government nor any Government-owned entity is immune from suit in the Civil Court in Qatar in respect of its commercial activities. However, pursuant to the State Property Law No. 10 of 1987, the State is immune from sequestration and execution by the Civil Court, unless waived by the Government or the relevant Government-owned entity in respect of its public and private assets invested in financial, commercial or industrial activities or deposited in banks.

Together they hint at Automobili Pininfarina’s ‘PURA’ design philosophy for both its cars and brand, and represent Pininfarina’s famed focus on a balance between design and engineering.
With its elegance, simplicity and purity of design, underpinned by extreme technical innovation, PF0 clearly shows how Pininfarina SpA will combine its design, engineering heritage and philosophy into the first-ever solely Pininfarina-branded cars.
Extreme levels of technology and functional design lie beneath the PF0’s carbon fibre exterior, supporting the delivery of staggering performance for a road car.
Power and torque equate to 1,900 bhp and 2,300 Nm respectively, meaning PF0 has the potential to accelerate to 62 mph in less than two seconds and break the 250 mph top speed barrier – all with a potential zero emissions range of over 300 miles.
Previously released images of the PF0 have presented a full carbon body that is curvaceous and sculptural, encased in sweeping glass.

Inside the car, the cockpit is focused around a ‘vanishing point’ concept for the main dashboard display that will look unique and exciting, focusing the driver’s attention on the job in hand – a new definition of an intuitive, driver-centric layout.
