This lease agreement stipulates that the commercial real estate Investment Trust “Quality House” is the Landlord and that the corporation “MasterCard Asia Pacific KPTE” is the Tenant of an office space in the Q House building. Furthermore, this lease agreement includes a contract that stipulates that the Landlord will provide public utilities to the Tenant.
1. Leased assets:
The Landlord agrees to lease the office space to the Tenant at Q House building, 16th floor, 1601. The area of the office space is approximately 390.84 square meters. For more details regarding the clauses regarding the leased assets, refer to the section "Leased assets” which is annexed to this contract.

2. Type of business conducted by the Tenant:

The Tenant will use the name “MasterCard Asia Pacific KPTE” to conduct its business. The Tenant will use

the leased assets for business, consulting and marketing services.

Hi, my name is Benoit Giroux and I come from Montreal, Canada.
French and English are my mother tongues.

I have a major in Economics from Concordia University and I passed the “Canadian Securities Course” from CSI (Canadian Securities Institute).
I took advanced courses in Spanish, Italian and German at Concordia University and I obtained an overall average of A.
I passed 3 Economics courses given in Japanese at Kyoto University in Japan as part of an exchange program with Concordia University.
I completed an 18 month Japanese course in a Japanese school in Tokyo before entering Concordia University.
I am now married to a Thai woman which explains the fact that I can speak and write Thai as well.
