1. Stěžovatel se podanou ústavní stížností domáhá zrušení v záhlaví uvedeného rozhodnutí s tvrzením, že jím došlo k porušení práv na spravedlivý proces, rovnost účastníků řízení, zákonného soudce a soudní ochranu zakotvených v čl. 36 odst. 1 a 2, čl. 37 odst. 3 a čl. 38 odst. 1 a 2 Listiny základních práv a svobod (dále jen „Listina"), jakož i v čl. 6 odst. 1 Úmluvy o ochraně lidských práv a základních svobod, čl. 47 Listiny základních práv Evropské unie a čl. 14 odst. 1 Mezinárodního paktu I. | Translation - English
1. Through the constitutional complaint, the complainant requests that the above-mentioned decision be quashed on the grounds that it allegedly violated the rights to fair trial, equality of parties to proceedings, a statutory judge and judicial protection set out in Articles 36 (1) and (2), 37 (3) and 38 (1) and (2) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms (hereinafter the “Charter”) and in Article 6 (1) of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Article 47 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and Article 14 (1) of International Covenant I. |
