有人说：“没走过自由之路，等于没来过波士顿。”这话虽然有点过于绝对，但还是在一定程度上反映了自由之路对于这座古老城市的重要意义，就如同一个景区的说明书。
“自由之路”全长大概4公里，共有16个殖民地时期与独立战争时期的历史遗迹。我们首先从波士顿中心公园 Boston Common 出发，只要顺着地上画好的红色路线和红砖地面向前走，不用问路，完全自助，不出一天时间，你就能横跨波士顿390年的历史时空，切身感受一下这座城市不屈不挠的人民，是如何一路追寻“自由”颠簸前行的。
Translation - English Walking along the Freedom Trail, to savor the three-hundred years of American history.
Some people said, “If you never walked the Freedom Trail, you’ve never been to Boston.” Though these words are a bit overly definite, but to some degree they still reflect the importance of Freedom Trail to this old city. Like the description on a scenery guide:
“Freedom Trail” is about 4km long. It passes a total of 16 historical landmarks from colonial period and War of Independence. We start from Boston Common, just walk along the painted red lines and red bricks, completely self-help without asking anyone. Within one day, you will time-travel the 390 years of Bostonian history and personally experience its indomitable people’s ride along the bumpy trail of “freedom".

Translation - English After graduating from college and started working in environmental design, I constantly had the impression that my creativity was wrapped in a deep slumber, as if there is no true affection, no great and profound strength to wake up the passion in life. Creativity, as it seemed, was trapped in a desert. Without the nourishment of love I am powerless and closed-off. True, I do not want to elude the loneliness in my heart. If I did not forget the thirst inside, the true self, I told myself, then take in this sense and dwell with it quietly deep down. Imparting more love upon myself, I granted more space to embrace my true self and started the journey exploring the inner being. I read some spiritual-growth books and joined some spiritual workshops. During my course of life, healing and awakening the deep inner being, your alluring energy appeared in my outer sphere and moved me deep inside. You enjoy the magnificence and abundance of life without blindly following the fickle whim of society. You stay true to yourself. At the same time, you savor over the enlightenment of history and profoundness of artistic insight. You combine the magnificence of eagle soaring over the mountain top with elegance of swan gently gliding through the sky. Anything and everything about you is so effervescent yet so cordial. Hi all, I’m a Chinese American moved back to the States after living in
China for a few years. I was born in China, lived in Texas for more than 20
years. As a translator, I have also traveled around the world. I can speak both
English and Chinese with native fluency.
On the interpretation side, I am a licensed court interpreter and contract
immigration court interpreter here in Texas. I am also a certified CATTI2
interpreter in China. Occasionally, I provide consecutive and simultaneous
interpretation for conferences throughout the southern U.S. region.
Before becoming a professional translator, I worked in the finance industry
for a number of years, specifically, in risk management and insurance pricing.
For that role, I almost completed my actuarial designation (certification) as
well.
