Translation - English Sudarat was the third child out of seven children in Nimsang family. Since she was the oldest daughter, she only got to graduate from high school before she had to start working alongside her parents and taking care of her siblings.
Her main responsibility was to take care of each meal for her big family. That was when Sudarat discovered her innate talent in cooking, thus leading to culinary delight!
As a young adult, she regularly received invitations to become a head chef and meal organizer for celebratory events such as a wedding.
Nowadays, armed with both natural talent and extensive experiences, Sudarat cooks her food for the delectation. Everybody wants a taste of her creation when they see her. Her own family members request her to prepare the meal for every reunion because, they all agree, it always have and always will be "absolutely divine".
When she got married, Sudarat used her cooking talent to open a little bistro in a small school. She kept her dream of owning a nice restaurant so that people could come in and dine happily like her family used to do close to heart.
She went to Bangkok to learn more about culinary art and operation in restaurants. She was well on her way to persue her dream. However, her plan had come to a halt soon afterwards. Her mother got sick and needed to be cared for intimately. Sudarat chose to stay by her mother's side. She took care of her elder mother in place of her siblings who were working full-time then until her mother's last breath.
At the year end of 2011, her daughter, who lives in Washington state, told her that the owner of RACHA Noodle & Thai cuisine, a well known Thai restaurant with great location in Seattle, decided to sell his restaurant and offered a very good deal due to his personal financial situation.
Everyone in the family support Sudarat's decision to buy the restaurant and walk her dream fully. She and her cousin, Yada, would each hold a 50% share. Her other cousin, Puntipa, her sister, Dr. Lily, and her son, Marut, have each offered her a personal loan with no interest. Her daughter's family promises to take care of all contacts and paperwork necessary. Sudarat's dream is coming true. This is a real chance for her to shine, for her to introduce her own version of culinary delight to a foreign land.
Please consider granting Sudarat E2 Visa for that chance waiting to be taken.
