In addition to actual–express or implied–agency, there remains in some jurisdictions authority, implied in law, to purchase “necessaries.” As with support duties generally, the necessaries doctrine originally imposed liability only on husbands. Under the rule, if a husband failed to fulfill his duty of support, his wife was authorized to proceed to purchase what necessaries she or their child needed, on the husband’s credit and even against his express directions; the seller could then bring an action to collect directly against the husband.

En forma similar a las obligaciones de manutención en general, la responsabilidad originalmente solamente recaía en los maridos conforme a la teoría de los artículos de primera necesidad. Source text - English The Flight Plan
It is a “real” one also used by commercial airlines. The terminology of the above flight plan is as follows: We are flying from Frankfurt (EDDF) to the first waypoint SULUS and then using the airway UZ650 until the waypoint VEMUT. From there we are using the airway UZ37 to BUDEX and then the airway UZ205 to VENEN. From VENEN we are then flying to Vienna (LOWW).
Calculation of Takeoff Performance Data
For programming the MCDU certain Takeoff Performance Data (ZFWCG, ZFW, BLOCK FUEL, FLEX and THS, V1, VR and V2) are required. In the original Airbus MCDU those data manually have to be entered by the crew during the flight preparation (based on various loading- and calculation sheets). In the Airbus X EXT those data are automatically calculated by the MCDU and displayed in the respective fields. Please note that V1, VR and V2 can only be calculated after the flaps setting for takeoff is entered into the MCDU.
The calculation of those data in the Airbus X Ext is based on a program written by Roland Wukovits and integrated into the MCDU.
Take Off
If cleared for takeoff push the thrust levers to 60 – 70 % N1 (EWD) and monitor the EWD to make sure thrust is available. If everything is OK, you can push the thrust levers to the FLEX detent (you will hear two clicks) and it will be confirmed on the FMA. You can also use the TOGA detent (if the runway is short or wet). But for this flight we decide to save some fuel and use FLEX thrust takeoff instead.

Este es un plan de vuelo “real” utilizado también por aerolíneas comerciales. La terminología del plan de vuelo arriba mencionado es la siguiente: Estamos volando desde Frankfurt (EDDF) al primer punto de ruta SULUS y posteriormente utilizando la aerovía UZ650 hasta el punto de ruta VEMUT. Desde ahí tomaremos la aerovía UZ37 hacia BUDEX y de ahí la aerovía UZ205 hacia VENEN. Desde VENEN volaremos a Vienna (LOWW).
Cálculo de Datos de Rendimiento del Despegue
Para programar el MCDU se requieren algunos Datos de Rendimiento del Despegue (ZFWCG, ZFW, COMBUSTIBLE BLOQUE, FLEX y THS, V1, VR y V2. Estos datos deben ser introducidos manualmente por la tripulación en el MCDU original del Airbus durante la preparación del vuelo (basado en varias hojas de cálculo y de carga). Esos datos son calculados automáticamente por el MCDU en el Airbus X EXT y presentados en los campos respectivos. Por favor tome en consideración que V1, VR y V2 únicamente pueden ser calculados una vez que se haya programado el ajuste de las aletas para el despegue en el MCDU.
El cálculo de esos datos en el Airbus X Ext está basado en un programa escrito por Roland Wukovits e integrado al MCDU.
Despegue
De ser autorizado al despegue, posicione las palancas de los aceleradores a un 60 – 70 % del N1 (EWD) y monitoree el EWD para asegurarse de que hay empuje disponible. Si todo está bien, puede posicionar las palancas nuevamente hasta la posición FLEX (escuchará 2 clics) y quedará confirmado en el FMA. También puede usar la posición TOGA (si la pista es corta o se encuentra mojada). Para este vuelo hemos decidido economizar combustible y usar la configuración FLEX para el despegue.
