Source text - Arabic طُلب من ونستون تشرشل عندما كان رئيسا لوزراء بريطانيا إبداء الرأي في موضوع متنازع عليه بين حزب العمال وحزب المحافظين . وعندما انتهى من كتابة الكلمة التي سيلقيها أمام البرلمان ,طلب من أحد معاونيه أن ُيبدي رأيه في الكلمة وبعد ان قرأها قال له :(الكلمة رائعة ياسيدي ولكنني لم أفهم هل أنت مع أوضد المشروع ؟"فاجاب تشرشل مبتسما:"وهذا هو المطلوب تماما!".
Translation - English when Winston Churchill was a prime minister of Britain he was requested to express his opinion on a debatable subject between Labor Party and the Conservative Party.Once he finished writing the speech paper that would be delivered in front of the Parliament he requested one of his assistants to express his opinion in the speech and after he read it he said :"the word is great sir,but i did not understand Are you with or against the project?"Churchill answered with a smile :"This is exactly the required!".

زوٌج رئيس بلدية أوسكودار التابعة لمدينة اسطنبول التركية, مصطفى كارا , ثنائي تركي عبر موقع التدوين الصغير(تويتر) , فيما يعتقد أنه أول زواج يتم عبر هذا الموقع في العالم .
وذكرت وسائل إعلام تركية أن رئيس البلدية استخدم حسابه في تويتر في جميع مراسم عقد القران ,حيث رحب بالمدعوين , وقرأ شروط الزواج على الزوجين جنكيز هان تشليك وجاندان جانيك والشهود .
وسأل كارا ,تشليك وجانيك ما إذ كانا يقبلان الزواج , وحصل على"نعم" من كليهما عبر تغريدات من حسابيهما على تويتر.
واستخدم الشهود أيضا حساباتهم على تويتر لتأدية دورهم في الزواج وبعد انتهاء الاجراءات , أعلن كارا مجددا عبر تغريدة من تويتر تشليك وجانيك زوجاً وزوجة.
وشاهد المدعوون مراسم عقد قران العروسين على تويتر عبر شاشات عرض كبيرة داخل قاعة الحفل وٌذكر رئيس البلدية الزوجين بالعمل بوصية رئيس الوزراء التركي رجب طيب أردوغان بتأسيس عائلة مكونة من(ثلاثة أطفال) على الأقل. بحسب ماورد في يو بي اي

The mayor of Üsküdar a suburb of
Istanbul the Turkish capitol Mostafa Kara tied the knot for a Turkish couple via micro blogging website (Twitter)in what is believed to be the First time ever to conduct a marriage through this website in the world.
Turkish media had mentioned that the mayor used his Twitter account for the whole ceremony, where he welcomed the invitees,red the terms of marriage on the man JenkeezHann Tchleek , the woman Jandan Ganeek ,and the witnesses.
Kara the mayor asked Tchleek and Ganeek Whether they accept the marriage?, and he got a"yes" from each by tow tweets through their Twitter accounts.
The witnesses also used their Twitter accounts to perform their role in the marriage after which Kara again announced through a tweet Tchleek and Ganeek a husband and wife.
The invitees watched the ceremony conducted via Twitter on big screens inside the wedding hall.The mayor remind the newly weds to follow the advice of the Turkish P.M Rajab Teib Ardoghan of making a family of "three children" at least. (according to UPI)

Source text - Arabic (....ووجدت الفقر رأس كل بلاء وجالبا لصاحبه كل مقت, ومعدن النميمة,ووجدت الرجل إذا افتقر أتهمه من كان له مؤتمنا و أساء به الظن من كان يظن به حسنا, فإن أذنب غيره كان هو للتهمة موضعا. وليس من خلة هي للغني مدح إلا وهي للفقي ذم,فإن كان شجاعا قيل أهوج ,وإن كان جوادا سمي مبذرا, وإن كان حليما سمي ضعيفا,وإن كان وقورا سمي بليدا , وإن كان صموتا سمي عييا,وإن كان لسنا سمي مهذارا فالموت أهن من الحاجة التي تحوج صاحبها إلى المسألة ولا سيما مسألة الأشحاء واللئام . فإن الكريم لو كلف أن يدخل يده في فم الافعى فيخرج منه سما فيبتلعه كان ذلك أهون عليه وأحب إليه من مسألة البخيل اللئيم,حتى لقد جاء في قديم الأقاويل : إن من ابتلي بمرض في جسده لا يفارقه حتى يتسلط عليه ما هو أشد منه من الحاجة والفقر..)

The generous if asked to enter his hand into sneak mouth in order to extract its venom to swallow it would be lesser pain and likable than asking a varmint miser, it even said in the old times : no body is plagued of insuperable dominant disease more than need and poverty.
