Source text - English Stabilizát je geomateriál, ktorý vzniká podľa predpísanej receptúry z popolového odpadu energetickej výrobne. Ukladá sa na registrovanú skládku inertného odpadu (Obr. 1.1). Dopravuje sa z elektrárne nákladnými vozidlami a predpísaným spôsobom rozhŕňa a valcuje vo vrstvách na skládke. V súčasnosti je na popolovom sedimente odkaliska celkovej hrúbky cca. 30 m uložená vrstva stabilizátu hrúbky asi 8,0 – 10,0 m (skládka č. 1 a 2).V zmysle legislatívnych predpisov zabezpečuje producent odpadu odber a určovanie vlastností skládkovaného stabilizátu. Laboratórne práce sa realizujú na vysokej profesionálnej úrovni, v súlade s platnými normami a metodikami prác pre horninové materiály. Odbery vzoriek stabilizátu sa vykonávajú 4-krát ročne, vždy po 90-tich a 180-tich dňoch od uloženia geomateriálu na skládku. Určujú sa jeho geotechnické parametre, hraničné koncentrácie vybraných látok (analytická kontrola) a vodný výluh zo vzoriek stabilizátu (podľa platnej legislatívy a jednotných metodík analytickej kontroly odpadov). Vyhodnocovali sme len výsledky skúšok určujúce geotechnické parametre stabilizátu. Odbery a laboratórne skúšky vzoriek stabilizátu sa vykonávajú od r. 1998. Sleduje sa vlhkosť, objemová hmotnosť, objemová tiaž, hustota pevných častíc, nasiakavosť, pórovitosť, stupeň nasýtenia, hutnosť, pevnosť v prostom tlaku, pevnosť v priečnom ťahu, pevnosť v ťahu za ohybu, pevnosť v strihu, šmyková pevnosť, deformačné vlastnosti v prostom tlaku, priepustnosť a mrazuvzdornosť. Výsledky časti týchto skúšok (indexové a opisné vlastnosti) zhodnotené a spracované matematicky za obdobie 1998 až 2011 dávajú reálnu predstavu o experimentálne určených charakteristikách stabilizátu. V tabuľkách a graficky spracované dáta indexových a opisných vlastností stabilizátu reprezentujú ich kvantitatívnu hodnotu v uvedenom období.
Translation - Slovak Stabilisate is a geomaterial which originates by a prescribed formula from the ash waste of power-producing works. It is deposited at registered landfill of waste (Fig. 1.1). It is transported from the electric power plant by lorries and in a prescribed way it is spread and rolled in layers at the landfill. At present, on the ash sediment of the desludging site of total thickness of approx. 30 m a stabilisate layer of thickness approx. 8.0 – 10.0 m (landfill No. 1 and 2) is deposited. In the sense of legislative provision, the producer of waste provides for sampling and determination of properties of the stabilisate being deposited. The laboratory works are being accomplished at high professional standard, in compliance with the valid standards and work methodologies for rock materials. Sampling of stabilisate is performed 4 times a year, always after 90 and 180 days since deposition of geomaterial at the landfill. There are specified its geotechnical parameters, limit concentrations of selected substances (analytic check) and water extract from the stabilisate samples (in compliance with the valid legislation and unified methodologies of waste analytic check). We have evaluated only the results of tests determining the geotechnical parameters of stabilisate. Sampling and laboratory tests of stabilisate samples are performed since the year 1998. The following parameters are monitored: humidity, bulk density, bulk weight, density of solid particles, absorption capacity, porosity, degree of saturation, compactness, simple compression strength, splitting tensile strength, bending tensile strength, cutting strength, shear strength, deformation properties at simple compression, permeability and frost resistance. The results of a part of those tests (index and descriptive properties) evaluated and processed mathematically for the period of 1998 to 2011 provide a realistic idea of the experimentally determined characteristics of the stabilisate. The data of index and descriptive properties of the stabilisate, processed in the tables and graphically, represent their quantitative values in the given period.
