Sir/Madam,
With respect to the aforesaid, I am directed to inform you that M/s----------- ------------------------------------------------------------------ has been brought within the ambit of the Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, with effect from 08/01/2011.The relevant Gazette Notification No. S.O.30 (E), dt. 08th January, 2011, issued by the Union Ministry of Labour is enclosed herewith. Consequently the provisions of the Employees’ Provident Funds Scheme, 1952, the Employees’ Pension Scheme, 1995 and the Employees’ Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme, 1976 are now applicable to all your employees as defined under Section 2(f) of the Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 except the employees who are getting benefits of P.F. & benefits according to the rules of the state Government or the relevant Municipal Laws.
As such, it is now imperative that your Municipal Body submits the details of all such employees engaged by it vis a vis their coverability under the Employees’ Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 and the concomitant Schemes in the proforma enclosed herewith, within 10 days from receipt of this communication in order to enable the Employees’ Provident Fund Organsiaton to issue to your establishment a code No, for administrative convenience. In case, you experience any difficulty in undertaking the aforesaid task, you may approach Sri ……………, (Mobile No………………………..) who is the Inspector of your Compliance Area, appointed under section 13 of the Act, 52.
It may be noted that in case, you fail to respond to the directions given herein within the requisite time frame without any lawful excuse, the department will be constrained to issue a Code no. to your establishment, suo-motu without any further notice entailing all the consequent Penal actions as prescribed in Section 14 of the Act, that may arise out of non Compliance with its various Provisions.

English to Hindi: Importance of planning in development General field: Bus/Financial Detailed field: Economics
Source text - English Planning means balanced, systematic, scientific and effective utilization of manpower and other national resources. Hence, planning is essential whatever the type of political structure a country may have. A patchwork of economic development schemes almost always results in waste, delay and mismanagement, while a planned economy ensures rapid progress and development, consistent, of course, with the resources available, that is, the investments made in various projects.
Planning has also a vital role to play in a mixed economy such as India’s in which both - the public and the private sector have a distinct role to play, and each has its area of activity clearly demarcated. In India a planned programme of development was taken up in March, 1950, with the establishment of the Planning Commission, largely on the initiative of Jawaharlal Nehru, who was throughout a strong and persistent advocate of planning for India’s development.
Planning by itself need not necessarily lead to good results and adequate achievement of the outlined objective, however ambitious and alluring they may seem. Certain conditions need to be fulfilled if planning is to succeed: well-defined and carefully worked out objectives, the effectiveness of the controlling authority, the efficiency of the Government which prepares plans and oversees their implementation: the elimination of old established privileges and vested interests and of course, full co-operation of all sections of the people at various stages of plan implementation.
Translation - Hindi योजना का अर्थ है संतुलित, सुव्यीवस्थित, वैज्ञानिक एवं अन्यि राष्ट्रीलय संसाधनों तथा मानव शक्ति का प्रभावी उपयोग। अत: किसी देश में जिस किसी तरह की राजनीतिक संरचना हो, योजना आवश्यरक है। आर्थिक विकास स्की म में पैबंद लगाना करीब हमेंशा से ही बर्बादी, विलम्बभ एवं कुप्रबंधन में तब्दी्ल हो जाता है जबकि नियोजित अर्थव्यशवस्थाे तीव्र प्रगति एवं विकास, उपलब्धए संसाधनों के साथ लगातार चल रहा कार्य होता है जो कि विभिन्नश परियोजनाओं में निवेश किए हुए होता है।
योजना, भारत जैसे मिश्रित अर्थव्यगवस्थार में भी एक महत्वनपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है जहॉं दोनों - निजी एवं सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र को एक अलग भूमिका निभानी होती है एवं प्रत्येक के गतिविधियों का क्षेत्र स्पनष्ट् रूप से निर्धारित है। भारत में मार्च, 1950 में योजना आयोग की स्थािपना के साथ ही विकास के योजनाबद्ध कार्यक्रम की शुरूआत हुई जो मुख्य्त: जवाहरलाल नेहरू का प्रयास था जो कि भारत के विकास के लिए योजना के पूरी तरह से सशक्तल समर्थक रहे।
योजना बनाने से ही घोषित लक्ष्य की पर्याप्ते उपलब्धि एवं अच्छे परिणाम आवश्य क नहीं है कि आ जाए चाहे कितने भी महत्वयकांक्षी एवं आकर्षक बनाना है तो कुछ निश्चित शर्तों को पूरा करना पडेगा – सुपरिभाषित एवं सावधानीपूर्वक निश्चित किए गए लक्ष्यु, नियंत्रक प्राधिकारी की प्रभावकारिता, शासन की कार्यकुशलता जो योजना तैयार करती है एवं उसका अनुपालन देखती है, परंपरागत विशेषाधिाकारों एवं निहित स्वायर्थों का खात्मान एवं वस्तुरत: योजना अनुपालन की विभिन्नत स्थितियों पर जनता के सभी वर्गों के लोगों के बीच पूर्ण सहयोग।
