1. CONSTRUCAP : Service Only Quotation – CONSTRUCAP understands request for service only contract. Contract will be to CONSTRUCAP with responsibilities for management of soil supplier remaining under CONSTRUCAP. Soil Supplier will be provided a PO from Nissan as a payment only contract.
2. Nissan: Will provide a draft contract to CONSTRUCAP for their review by end of the work day, March 2nd.
3. CONSTRUCAP : Soil testing, Design, equipment rental, Diesel, soil topograph study. Idea to set up escrow account will be considered by Nissan.
4. CONSTRUCAP: 6.2.3 of bid - soil direct pay there is no tax in the bid to remove.
5. CONSTRUCAP: Capuri - Construcap has to pick up the soil from Capuri other supplier will deliver soil to the site.
6. CONSTRUCAP: No problem with working with supplier identified by Nissan..
7. CONSTRUCAP: Soil Cut and Fill changed – Cut reduces from 50cm to 40cm. Fill material will be reduced from 1 meter to 0.8 meter. Final elevation will be maintained at 390.4 /-.
8. CONSTRUCAP: Overhead & Taxes – These items have been be pulled out of each line item and shown as a single value on total bid sheet.
9. Nissan: Will provide EXCEL spreadsheet detailing pricing changes discussed in the meeting. It is the full responsibility of CONSTRUCAP to verify values in the spreadsheet as CONSTRUCAP finalizes their final quote.
10. CONSTRUCAP: Temporary road – Only one main road will be provisioned for in the quotation. Unit price will be referenced if additional road work is required.
11. NISSAN: Will provide a drainage plan to CONSTRUCAP.
12. Nissan: Down payment is 20% followed by progress payments based on measured amounts of soil placed.
13. CONSTRUCAP: Review pricing for Phase II work that may be approximate size as current work under consideration.
CONSTRUCAP: Understands the quotation is to be delivered by 12:00 6nd March.

O Contrato será com a CONSTRUCAP, com as responsabilidades para o gerenciamento do fornecedor de terra permanecendo sob a CONSTRUCAP. 7. CONSTRUCAP: Corte e Enchimento de Terra alterado – Corte reduzido de 50cm para 40cm. Material de enchimento será reduzido de 1metro para 0.8 metro. A elevação final será mantida em 390.4 /-.
8. CONSTRUCAP: Despesas Gerais e Impostos – Estes items foram tirados de cada linha de item e mostrado como um valor simples na folha do preço total.
9. Nissan: Fornecerá planilhas EXCEL detalhando as mudanças de preço discutidas na reunião. É de total responsabilidade da CONSTRUCAP verificar os valores nas planilhas quando a CONSTRUCAP finalizar sua proposta final.
10. CONSTRUCAP: Estrada Provisória – Somente uma estrada principal será prevista na cotação. Preços unitários serão referenciados se trabalhos adicionais de estradas forem exigidos.
11. NISSAN: Fornecerá um plano de drenagem para a CONSTRUCAP.
12. Nissan: Pagamento inicial é de 20% seguido de pagamentos progressivos baseados em medições de quantidades de terra colocada.
13. CONSTRUCAP: Revisão do preço para os trabalhos da Fase II que podem ser de valor aproximado quando da consideração dos trabalhos em andamento.
CONSTRUCAP: Entende que a cotação pode ser entregue até as 12:00 do dia 6 de Março.
