Tiempo de arrendamiento


4.1. El presente contrato se concluye de manera temporal, entrando en vigencia a partir
del 01-01-2006, expirando el 31-12-2010.

4.2. El arrendamiento caduca en los siguientes casos:

- vencido el tiempo establecido
- por acuerdo por escrito de las partes contratantes
- dejación por escrito del inmueble al día en que expira el plazo establecido
El arrendador tiene derecho hacer dejación del contrato previa comunicación por escrito al arrendatario del propósito de renunciar al contrato, utilizando para ello los recursos antes citados, en caso de que no se puedan eliminar las deficiencias surgidas en el plazo establecido por el arrendador, y únicamente por razones conformes a la ley. El arrendatario tiene derecho a hacer dejación del contrato previa comunicación por escrito al arrendador del propósito de renunciar al contrato, utilizando para ello los recursos antes citados y únicamente por razones conformes a la ley.

Ambas partes acordaron el plazo de tres meses para hacer dejación del contrato, comenzando éste a tener efecto el primer día del mes siguiente, una vez que haya remitido la renuncia a la otra parte contratante.
Ambas partes acordaron reducir el plazo de renuncia al contrato a un mes si el arrendatario, a pesar de haber recibido una notificación recordatoria de pago con un plazo de 15 días, no cumple con los pagos establecidos en este contrato, lo cual comenzará a tener efecto el primer día del mes siguiente, una vez que se haya recibido la renuncia.

4.3. El arrendador expresa su acuerdo en hacer una eventual prórroga del contrato de arrendamiento para el siguiente período a partir del 1-01-2011.

O extrato orgânico é analisado por cromatografia gasosa que separa a 1,4-butanossultona de outras potenciais impurezas extraíveis. É utilizado um padrão interno para aumentar a exatidão e precisão da análise, bem como facilitar uma única extração. É empregada uma abordagem de adição de padrão para a quantificação de 1,4-butanossultona para eliminar diferenças entre a calibração e respostas de teste por causa de possíveis efeitos de matriz. Liquid-liquid extraction is used to isolate 1.4-butanesultone of SBECD (CP-217,861-02) and potential hydrophilic impurities. The organic extract is analyzed by gas chromatography which separates the 1.4-butanesultone from other potential extractable impurities. An internal standard is used to increase the accuracy and precision of the analysis, as well as facilitating a single extraction. A standard addition approach is employed for the quantification of the 1.4-butanessultone to eliminate differences between the calibration and the test responses due to possible matrix effects. The SBECD samples are, therefore, analyzed in the presence and absence of known quantities of 1.4-butanesultone .
