Το ισόγειο κατάστημα της ως άνω πολυκατοικίας είναι μισθωμένο, ως επιχείρηση κατασκευών αλουμινίου στον χχχχχχχ χχχχχχ, από τον Ιούλιο του έτους χχχχ και αποδίδει στον εναγόμενο το ποσό των χχχχ ευρώ τουλάχιστον, καθαρά μηνιαίως και ετήσιως το ποσό των χχχχχχ, ενώ το υπό στοιχείο Β-1 διαμέρισμα εάν εκμισθωνόταν θα επέφερε καθαρό εισόδημ άλλα χχχχ ευρώ μηνιαίως, καταρά και συνολικά χχχχχ ευρώ, ετησίως.
Ε.4 ΑΞΙΑ ΤΩΝ ΑΝΩ ΑΚΙΝΗΤΩΝ
Οι ως άνω οριζόντιες ιδιοκτησίες, υπολογιζομένης της παλαιότητας αλλά και επιπλέον της ανακαινίσεως και επεκτάσεως των, έχουν σήμερα αγοραία αξία, περίπου:
α) το ως άνω ισόγειο κατάστημα μετά της αποθήκης και του δικαιώματος χρήσης του ακάλυπτου χώρου του οικοπέδου χχχχχχχχχ ευρώ.
β) το με στοιχεία Β1 διαμέρισμα χχχχχχχχ ευρώ και
δ) το με στοιχεία Γ1 διαμέρισμα χχχχχχχχ ευρώ.
Δηλαδή οι ως άνω οριζόντιες ιδιοκτσίες έχουν σήμερα συνολική αγοραία αξία, σε συνθήκες ελεύθερης αγοράς χχχχχχχχ ευρώ, προστιθέμενων δε στο ως άνω ποσό και τα μισθώματα συνολικού ποσού χχχχχχ ευρώ, ετησίως, οι άνω οριζόντιες ιδιοκτησίες έχουν συνολική αξία χχχχχχχχ ευρώ, ποσό κατά το οποίο αυξήθηκε η περιουσία του εναγομένου κατά την διάρκεια του γάμου μας.
Τις ως άνω οριζόντιες ιδιοκτησίες ο εναγόμενος σύζυγός μου απέκτησε, όπως προανέφερα και με την δική μου συμβολή κατά ποσοστό 50% τουλάχιστον κατά την διάρκεια του γάμου μας, ενώ προ του γάμου μας δεν είχε οποιοδήποτε περιουσιακό στοιχείο.

Ο εναγόμενος κατά την διάρκεια του έγγαμου συμβιώσεως μας από την κοινή μας περιουσία και αποταμίευση απέκτησε στον Νομό χχχχχχχ την κάτωθι ακίνητη περιουσία:

E.4 VALUE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

Source text - Greek Επειδή, αποκλειστκά υπαίτιοι του ενδίκου ατυχήματος και των εξ αυτού προκληθείσων ως άνω ζημιών μας, είναι οι εναγόμενοι, τόσο εκ της συμβάσεως εργολαβίας, όσο και κατά τις διατάξεις περί αδικοπραξιών (άρθρο 914 ΑΚ), διότι δεν έδειξαν την απαιτούμενη επιμέλεια κατά την εκτέλεση του έργου, ούτε έλαβαν τα προσήκοντα μέτρα ασφαλείας, ως όφειλαν, κι ως εκ τούτου, παρανόμως και υπαιτίως, μας ζημίωσαν.
Επειδή άπανττες οι εναγόμενοι, στην παρούσα ένδικο περίπτωση, παρανόμως και υπαιτίως μας ζημίωσαν, το δε ποσό της ζημίας μας ανέρχεται στο συνολικό ποσό των €χχχχχχχχχχχ χχχχχχχχ =χχχχχχ.

Source text - Greek Η ευκαιρία να οδηγήσει κανείς ένα τετρακίνητο αγωνιστικό αυτοκίνητο από τα κορυφαία του γκρούπ Ν είναι σίγουρα εμπειρία που κανείς δε θέλει να χάσει. Στο περιθώριο της Δοκιμής μας όμως η αγωνιστική αυτή Γνωριμία μας δημιουργεί και ένα ερώτημα αντίστοιχο με τον περίφημο προβληματισμό περί της προέλευσης... της κότας και του αυγού της. Πιό απλά: είναι άραγε το αγωνιστικό τόσο καλό, επειδή βασίζεται σε ένα τόσο καλό αυτοκίνητο δρόμου, ή μήπως το αυτοκίνητο δρόμου είναι τόσο καλό, επειδή σχεδιάστηκε με στόχο να εξελιχθεί για αγώνες;
Όπως και να έχει το πράγμα πάντως, το μυστικό της επιτυχίας του Ιμπρέζα (δρόμου και αγώνων) βρίσκεται στο σύστημα της τετρακίνησης που διαθέτει πάντα διευθυντικότητα, να μήν υποστρέφει σχεδόν ποτέ, από την άλλη όμως να μην υπερστρέφει παραπάνω απο κάποιο σημείο. Από τα τρία διαφορικά του συστήματος, το μεσαίο και το πίσω λειτουργούν με τη μέθοδο της συνεκτικής σύζευξης, και μόνο το εμπρός είναι συμβατικό. Η κατανομή της ροπής του κινητήρα μεταβάλλεται από 50-50 στην ευθεία σε περίπου 60-40 (πίσω-εμπρός αντίστοιχα) στην είσοδο της στροφής, έτσι ώστε να υπάρχει όμως μία αρχική "προδιάθεση" για υπερστροφική συμπεριφορά η οποία όμως να σταματά εγκαίρως με τη βοήθεια και των εμπρός τροχών που τραβούν το αυτοκίνητο και το βοηθούν να επανέλθει σε ισορροπία.
"Όλα εύκολα είναι λοιπόν;" θα αναρωτηθεί φυσιολογικά ο αναγνώστης σε αυτό το σημείο. Πραγματικά, το αυτοκίνητο είναι όσο γίνεται πιό βολικό, πιό φιλικό στις αντιδράσεις του, αυτό όμως δε σημαίνει ότι είναι και εύκολο να οδηγηθεί σε ρυθμούς πραγματικά γρήγορους. Αν θελήσει κανείς να κινηθεί σε ταχύτητες αντίστοιχες με το όριο ενός μικρότερου αυτοκινήτου, τα πράγματα είναι πολύ εύκολα, είτε οδηγεί κανείς την πολιτική έκδοση στο δρόμο είτε την αγωνιστική έκδοση στο χώμα. Εκεί που το πράγμα όμως σοβαρεύει πολύ είναι αν θελήσει κανένας να εκμεταλλευτεί όλη την ισχύ του υπερτροφοδοτούμενου κινητήρα και τις πραγματικές δυνατότητες του αυτοκινήτου, και να κινηθεί τελικά σε εντελώς άλλους ρυθμούς.

No matter which is the case, the Impreza’s secret of success (mass production and racing car both) lies within its four -wheel drive system, which distributes power in such a way so that the car always maintains agility, resulting in the near absolute absence of under steering, while on the other hand, never over steering over a certain point. Of the system’s three differential systems, the middle and rear function via the method of connective coupling and only the front system is conventional. The motor’s torque allocation shifts from 50-50 in straight-aways to approximately 60-40 (front-rear respectively) when entering a turn, so that there is an initial “predisposition” for over steering behavior which however stops in time, assisted by the front wheels which pull the vehicle and help it in balancing out.
At this point, the reader should naturally assume that: “Therefore everything’s easy, right?” In fact, the car is actually as comfortable and as friendly in its reactions as possible, however that doesn’t mean that it can be easily driven at extremely high speeds. Should someone wish to drive the car at speeds similar to those presented by the limits of a smaller car, things are very easy, whether driving the street - legal version or the racing version off road - on dirt. Things get very serious however should one attempt to take full advantage of the super-charged engine’s power and the car’s real potentials, so as to drive at utterly different speeds and in utterly different fashions.

9. Οι δεξαμενές αυτές θα πρέπει να ελέγχονται σε τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα ώστε να εξασφαλίζεται η πληρότητα τους και να αποφεύγεται η δημιουργία ελευθέρων επιφανειών. Στα επιστόμια του δικτύου αναρροφήσεώς τους, θα πρέπει να τοποθετηθούν συστήματα ασφαλίσεως (ΛΟΥΚΕΤΑ) ώστε να αποφεύγεται η απο λάθος εκκένωση. Η εκκένωση αυτών των δεξαμενών επιτρέπεται μόνο κατά την διάρκεια ακινησίας του πλοίου για συντήρηση ή συμμόρφωση του πλοίου με τα κριτήρια ευστάθειας δεν εγγυάται την μη ανατροπή του, η οποία εξαρτάται και απο τις συνθήκες ταξιδίου και δεν απαλλάσει τον Πλοίαρχο από τις ευθύνες του. Translation - English 1.In this informative book regarding the ship’s stability, the Captain can find all the necessary information related to the ship’s stability for all loading situations and can perform the appropriate calculations so as to ensure that the ship complies with the International Convention on Load Line ICLL of 1966 and Basic Provision 740 regarding category IV voyages (Of Limited Extent) of passenger ships.
2. In all loading situations, the Captain can calculate the keel of gravity (KG) and the gravity metacentre (GM) by using the capacity table and the hydrostat diagram.

3. Following is a correction of the gravity metacentre (GM) due to free surfaces. For every tank featuring a free surface the gravity metacentre (GM) is decreased (or the keel of gravity is increased equally) by the free surface torque, where free surface torque= (i * γ)/ Δ or

Once all the corrections have been deducted, the final gravity metacentre (GM) is produced, which must be greater than the GMR which is provided by the Stability Study Against Damage for the corresponding depth.
5. The stability criteria mentioned in Section “A” are checked.
6. Even if a single stability criteria isn’t satisfied, the Captain decreases the load amount so that he may place the corresponding ballast quantity. He then calculates the new keel of gravity (KG) and follows the same calculations mentioned in paragraphs 2, 3, 4, and 5 until all the stability criteria are satisfied.
7. During the calculations the condition of the ship’s arrival must also be considered so that the appropriate ballasting may be performed prior to departure, in other words ballasting during the voyage IS FORBIDDEN.
9. These tanks must be checked regularly so as to ensure their fullness and so as to avoid the creation of free surfaces. At their bilge suction valves, securing systems (PADLOCKS) must be placed so as to avoid accidental blow down. These tank’s blow down is allowed only while the ship has been immobilized for the purposes of maintenance or if the ship’s compliance to stability criteria does not guarantee against capsizing, something which also depends on the voyage’s conditions and does not alleviate the Captain’s responsibilities. Using his knowledge and experience, the Captain must always adjust the ship’s loading and command (speed, maneuvers etc) according the time of the year, predicted weather conditions and the area the ship will be travelling through.

1.2. Συμβαλλόμενα μέρη είναι:

τις κείμενες κανονιστικές διατάξεις,
την ιδιαίτερη χρήση του ακινήτου,
την φύση και τοποθεσία του έργου,
τις γενικές και τοπικές συνθήκες, ιδίως σε ότι αφορά τις μεταφορές, την διαχείριση, την διάθεση και εναπόθεση υλικών,
την ύπαρξη εργατικών χεριών και οδών προσπέλασης,
τις φυσικές συνθήκες στον τόπο του έργου,
την διαμόρφωση και κατάσταση του φυσικού εδάφους,
το είδος και την ποιότητα των υλικών,
το είδος και τα μέσα που θα απαιτηθούν πριν από την έναρξη και κατά την πρόοδο των εργασιών, και
όλα τα υπόλοιπα θέματα τα οποία είναι δυνατόν να επηρεάσουν με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο άμεσα ή έμμεσα τις εργασίες ή το κόστος αυτών.
2.3. Όλες οι οικοδομικές εργασίες θα γίνουν σύμφωνα με τους νόμους της τέχνης και της επιστήμης, καθώς και σύμφωνα πάντα με την υπ’ αριθμ. …………….. οικοδομική άδεια όπως και των όποιων μελλοντικών αναθεωρήσεων ή ενημερώσεων αυτής.
2.4. Η παρούσα γενική συγγραφή υποχρεώσεων θα συμπληρώνεται - εάν απαιτείται - με ειδική συγγραφή υποχρεώσεων, που θα είναι επικρατέστερη σε περίπτωση ασυμφωνίας και η οποία θα προσαρτάται στο ειδικό εργολαβικό – συμφωνητικό.
2.5. Θα χρησιμοποιηθούν υλικά άριστης ποιότητας, κατεργασμένα με όλους τους κανόνες της σύγχρονης τεχνολογίας. Επιπλέον όλα τα υλικά κατασκευής και εξοπλισμού που θα χρησιμοποιηθούν στο έργο θα είναι της επιλογής του εργολήπτη και σύμφωνα με όσα ορίζονται στο κεφάλαιο ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ.
2.6. Ο εργοδότης έχει το δικαίωμα να κάνει τροποποιήσεις στη διαρρύθμιση του ή στην επιλογή των υλικών κατασκευής, με τον περιορισμό ότι για όλες τις αλλαγές θα ειδοποιείται ο εργολήπτης εγγράφως και εγκαίρως (πριν την έναρξη του αντίστοιχου σταδίου της κατασκευής). Η διαφορά της δαπάνης που τυχόν προκύπτει από τις τροποποιήσεις αυτές θα βαρύνει τον εργοδότη που τις ζητά και θα προκαταβάλλεται.
2.7. Τυχόν καθυστερήσεις που θα προκύψουν από τις απαιτούμενες από τον εργοδότη εργασίες, πέραν του προβλεπόμενου από τον εργολήπτη χρόνου, παρατείνουν ανάλογα και το χρόνο παράδοσης του κτιρίου.
2.8. Απαγορεύεται ρητά η χρήση από τον εργοδότη ξένων συνεργείων χωρίς την έγκριση του εργολήπτη.

This general technical bidding proposal specifications document, includes the general construction terms of the project “RESTORATION, FORTIFICATION AND LANDSCAPING OF THE EXISTING BUILDING” on proprietary land of the xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Institution, found within the administrative boundaries of the inter-governmental: xxxxx and the Municipality of xxxxxx and according to the construction permit number……………...
1.2. Contracting parties are:
Firstly the “xxxxxxxx S.A.” company which shall henceforth be referred to as the contractor of the aforementioned project, shall be obligated to perform the work, monitor the process and adhere to the bidding proposal specifications according to the construction permit, and
Secondly, the xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx Institute, which shall henceforth be referred to as the employer, which shall have full ownership of this specific building according to the contract.
2.1. Henceforth, the word project shall refer to the entirety of work which is specified within this general technical bidding proposal document, and which is hereby submitted following the meeting which took place at the offices of the xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx Institute on 26/7/2011.
2.2. When authoring this document, we considered not only the xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Institute’s architectural civil engineer’s technical report, but also:
current legal compliance,
the special purpose of the building,
the nature and location of the project,
the general and local conditions, especially in regards to transportation, management, availability and storage of materials,
the existence of laborers and access roads,
the environmental conditions at the project’s location,
the ground’s composition and condition,
the type and quality of materials,
the type and facilities which shall be required prior to and during the work’s progress, and
all other matters which may possibly affect both the work at hand and the cost, either directly or indirectly.
2.3. All construction work shall be performed according to the rules of science and craft and according to construction permit number ………….. while also adhering to any future revisions or updates to the aforementioned permit.
2.4. This general bidding proposal document shall be amended -if necessary- by a special bidding proposal document, which shall supersede the former, in case of discordance and it shall be attached to the special contractor’s agreement.
2.5. Material of excellent quality shall be used, manufactured according to all modern technology regulations. Additionally, all construction materials and equipment which shall be used in the project shall be selected by the contractor and shall conform to the chapter titled “TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION”.
2.6. The employer shall maintain the right of modification in regards to fittings or the choice of construction materials, provided that for any modifications the contractor shall be informed in writing and in due time (prior to the initiation of the according stage of construction). The difference in expenses which may arise from these modifications shall be paid by the employer -who has ordered them- and shall be paid for in advance.
2.7. Any possible delays which may occur from the work assigned to the contractor, beyond the allotted timeframe -as specified by the contractor- shall extend the time of final delivery of the finished building.
2.8. The use of other crews is strictly forbidden, without the contractor’s prior consent.

Source text - Greek Σήμερα, χχχχχχ πρώτη ημέρα της επισκεύης του πλοίου χχχχχχχ χχχχχ, συναντήθηκα με τον πλοίαρχο και τους υπεύθυνους των συνεργείων και τους ενημέρωσα για τα μέτρα υγιεινής και ασφάλειας που πρέπει να λαμβάνονται κατά την Ναυπηγοεπισκευή, σύμφωνα με το Π.Δ. 70/90 την επιστήμη και την πρακτική.
1. Τα συνεργεία και ο πλοίαρχος πρέπει καθημερινά να ενημερώνουν τον τεχνικό ασφαλείας για για τυχόν αλλαγές στο πρόγραμμα εργασιών. Να ζητούν γραπτές οδηγίες στο παρόν βιβλίο οδηγιών από τον Τεχνικό Ασφαλείας και να υπογράφουν καθημερινά ότι έλαβαν γνώση των οδηγιών αυτών.
2. Τα συνεργεία πρέπει να προσκομίζουν καθημερινά καταστάσεις παρουσίας των εργαζομένων επι του πλοίου. Επίσης πρέπει να προσκομίζουν αντίγραφο και της νόμιμα από τις Αρχές θεωρημένης άδειας εργασίας με την τελευτάια χρονολογικά θεώρηση, και να τηρούν το ωράριο εργασίας που ορίζει η άδεια. Ο Τεχνικός Ασφαλείας έχει "λάβει γνώση", δηλ. έχει ενημερωθεί σχετικά με τις άδειες, όταν έχει υπογράψει και σφραγίσει το πρωτότυπο της άδειας εργασίας.
3. Πρέπει να τηρείται πιστά το GAS- FREE CERTIFICATE. Να μη χρησιμποιείται φλόγα σε χώρους όπου δεν επιτρέπεται ρητά η χρήση φλόγας απο το gas- free certificate. Απαγορεύεται η χρήση φλόγας κοντά σε εξαεριστικά και καταμετρικά καυσίμων, πάνω σε επιφάνειες δεξαμενών καυσίμων και σωληνώσεις χωρίς την προηγούμενη ενημέρωση του Τεχνικού Ασφαλείας.
4. Προ της ενάρξεως των θερμών εργασιών να μαρκάρονται με μπογιά οι σωλήνες, δεξαμενές, εξαεριστικά και καταμετρικά καυσίμων (F.O. D.O. κλπ) και αποχετεύσεων. Η απόσταση ασφαλείας από χώρους όπου δεν επιτρέπεται η χρήση φλόγας ρητά από το gas- free certificate, είναι μισό μέτρο από την επιφάνεια τους. Απαγορεύεται η χρήση φλόγας όπου φυλάσσονται ηλεκτρικοί συσσωρευτές (δηλ. μπαταρίες), χημικά, χρώματα και εύφλεκτα υλικά όπως χοινιά, πανιά κλπ. Κατά την εκτέλεση θερμών εργασιών σε ένα χώρο θα πρέπει και οι περιβάλλοντες αυτού χώροι να έχουν εξετασθεί από τον χημικό ναυτιλίας και να έχουν δοθεί για χρήση φλόγας καθώς επίσης και να είναι επισκέψιμοι για συνεχή επιθεώρηση. Συνεχής επιθεώρηση θα πραγματοποιείται σε οποιοδήποτε χώρο όταν όπισθεν αυτού εκτελούνται θερμές εργασίες. Απαγορεύεται έστω και η επιθεώρηση χώρου ο οποίος προηγουμένως δεν έχει ελεγχθεί και δοθεί άδεια προς τούτο από τον χημικό ναυτιλίας. Σε χώρους που εκτελούνται θερμές εργασίες και υπάρχει μόνωση θα πρέπει προ της ενάρξεως θερμών εργασιών να έχει γίνει ικανοποιητική αποξήλωση αυτής, η οποία θα έχει εγκριθεί απο τον Τεχνικό Ασφαλείας, τα προιοντα αποξήλωσης όπως και οποιαδήποτε εύφλεκτα προιοντα θα πρέπει να έιναι σε ικανοποιητική απόσταση από τα σημεία θερμών εργασιών.
Translation - English Today, on xxxxxx, the first day of repairs on the ship “xxxxxx xxxx”, I met with the Captain and with the people in charge of the repair crews and I informed them of the health and safety measures which must be taken during the Ship Repairs, according to Presidential Decree 70/90 of the science and the practice.
1. The repair crews and the Captain must inform the safety technician daily about the work and about any possible changes in the work schedule. They must request written instructions in this guide book from the Safety Technician and must sign off daily to the fact that they have been informed of those instructions.
2. The repair crews must secure daily lists of the workers present on the ship. In addition, they must secure copies of the certified work permits from the Authorities with the latest chronological verification, and must adhere to the work schedule designated by the permit. The Safety Technician has “been duly informed”, in other words, has been informed relevant to the permits, when he has signed and stamped the original of the work permit.
3. The GAS – FREE CERTIFICATE must be adhered to faithfully. Flame must not be used in areas where use of flame is explicitly not allowed according to the gas-free certificate. The use of flame is prohibited near vaporizable and measurable fuels, on fuel tank surfaces and pipes without first informing the Safety Technician.
4. Before beginning the heat-related projects, the pipes, tanks, vaporizable and fuel measuring equipment (F.O. D.O., etc.) as well as drainage systems must be marked with paint. The safety distance from areas where the use of flame is explicitly not allowed according to the gas-free certificate is half a meter from their surface. The use of flame is prohibited wherever electrical accumulators (i.e. batteries), chemicals, paints and flammable materials such as ropes, cloths, etc. are kept. While heat-related projects are being carried out in an area, the environment of that area must have been examined by the maritime chemist and the use of flame must have been authorized, and those areas must also remain available-approachable for continuous inspection. Continuous inspection shall be carried out in any area behind which heat-related projects are being carried out. Even the mere inspection of an area is prohibited, unless an authorization for inspection has been issued by the maritime chemist, following an examination of the premises.
In areas where heat-related projects are being carried out and where insulation is present, a satisfactory dismantling of that must have been carried out prior to the fact, which will have been approved by the Safety Technician; the products of the dismantling as well as any flammable products must be placed at a satisfactory distance from the location of the heat-related projects.

Δεκαέξι χιλιόμετρα από το xxxxx πέλαγος,
στο εσωτερικό της δυτικής xxxxxxxx
xxxx και στο σημείο όπου οι ποταμοί xxxxx
και xxxxx συναντούνται, βρίσκεται ο ιε-
ρός τόπος της xxxxxxx, ο τόπος όπου γίνο-
νταν οι αρχαίοι Ολυμπιακοί Αγώνες με έπα-
θλο ένα στεφάνι από κλαδί αγριελιάς, τον

νε ο νικητής στην πόλη, ανεβασμένος σε ένα μεγαλόπρε-
πο άρμα. Ο πανανθρώπινος χαρακτήρας των Ολυμπια-
κών Αγώνων της αρχαιότητας επιζεί και στους σύγχρονους
Αγώνες, που ύστερα από διακοπή 15 αιώνων οργανώθηκαν
ξανά στην Αθήνα το 1896, και από τότε τελούνται κάθε τέσ-

Σκοπός της Παρούσας προδιαγραφής είναι να καθορίσει τις απαιτήσεις του Πυροσβεστικού Σώματος που αφορούν τη μίσθωση xxxxx ελικοπτέρων μεταφοράς τουλάχιστον xxxxxxxxx πυροσβεστών με τον εξοπλισμό τους, καθώς και δασοπυρόσβεσης, με ενσωματωμένη δεξαμενή χωρητικότητας xxxxxx νερού τουλάχιστον για τις ανάγκες του έτους xxxxx. Η μίσθωση περιλαμβάνει τα μέσα, το προσωπικό λειτουργίας (ιπτάμενο και τεχνικό) και τη συντήρηση αυτών για όλη τη διάρκεια της.
2.ΓΕΝΙΚΑ
Τα υπό μίσθωση ελικόπτερα θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα πυρόσβεσης με σύστημα ενσωματωμένων δεξαμενών και μηχανισμό μεταβαλλόμενων ρίψεων νερού ή αφρού, χωρητικότητας 3400 lt νερού τουλάχιστον και μεταφοράς τουλάχιστον xxxxxxxxx πυροσβεστών με τον εξοπλισμό τους για χρήση κατά την αντιπυρική περίοδο του έτους xxxxx.
Ο τύπος θα πιστοποιείται με πιστοποιητικό τύπου (type certificate) κατά JAA ή FAA ως Transport Helicopter category A με επιδόσεις κλάσης 1.
ΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΟ Β
ΑΠΑΙΤΗΣΕΙΣ ΠΥΡΟΣΒΕΣΤΙΚΟΥ ΣΩΜΑΤΟΣ
1.ΧΡΟΝΙΚΗ ΠΕΡΙΟΔΟΣ ΜΙΣΘΩΣΗΣ & ΒΑΣΙΚΕΣ ΑΡΧΕΣ
1.1.Η χρονική περίοδος μίσθωσης ορίζεται ως εξής: Ως περίοδος μίσθωσης των ελικοπτέρων ορίζεται το χρονικό διάστημα ενενήντα ημερών (90) με ενενήντα (90) ώρες εγγυημένου χρόνου. Πιθανή ημερομηνία έναρξης περιόδου από την xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx και σε κάθε περίπτωση όχι μετά από την 1η Ιουλίου. Το Πυροσβεστικό Σώμα διατηρεί το δικαίωμα επέκτασης για τις αντίστοιχες περιόδους, έως και του έτους xxxx, με τους ίδιους όρους και προϋποθέσεις της παρούσας προδιαγραφής για το σύνολο ή μέρος της ποσότητας των Ε/Π.
1.2.Σε περίπτωση που η σύμβαση υπογραφεί χρονικά κοντά στην ημερομηνία έναρξης της περιόδου, παρέχεται χρόνος έως δεκαπέντε (15) ημέρες από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης για τη διάθεση των Ε/Π στο Π.Σ.
1.3.Το Πυροσβεστικό Σώμα διατηρεί μονομερώς το δικαίωμα μεταβολής της αρχικής ημερομηνίας έναρξης, με την υποχρέωση ενημέρωσης του εκμισθωτή τουλάχιστον δεκαπέντε (15) ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία έναρξης.
1.4.Πέρα από το πιο πάνω οριζόμενο ως «περίοδο» συγκεκριμένο χρονικό διάστημα το Πυροσβεστικό Σώμα διατηρεί μονομερώς το δικαίωμα παράτασης ισχύος της περιόδου υπό τους αυτούς όρους και προϋποθέσεις, για δεκαπενθήμερα χρονικά διαστήματα ή για μικρότερο χρονικό διάστημα με ανάλογο εγγυημένο χρόνο πτήσης, για κάθε ένα από τα ελικόπτερα.
1.5.Η πιο πάνω παράταση ισχύος της περιόδου γνωστοποιείται εγγράφως από το
Πυροσβεστικό Σώμα προς τον εκμισθωτή τουλάχιστον πέντε (5) εργάσιμες ημέρες πριν από την εκπνοή της ισχύουσας συμβατικής ημερομηνίας.
1.6.Μετά από κάθε περίοδο μίσθωσης θα γνωστοποιείται εγγράφως από το Πυροσβεστικό Σώμα προς τον εκμισθωτή, μέχρι την xxxxx του επόμενου έτους, αν θα ασκηθεί ή όχι το δεσμευτικό για τον εκμισθωτή δικαίωμα επέκτασης της σύμβασης για την αντιπυρική περίοδο του αυτού έτους.
1.7.Σε περιπτώσεις επεκτάσεων σε επόμενα έτη, η εταιρεία θα πρέπει να καταθέτει τα δικαιολογητικά για την τεχνική αξιολόγηση των ελικοπτέρων και του προσωπικού το συντομότερο δυνατό και πάντως όχι πέραν της xxxxxxx.
1.8.Σε κάθε άσκηση του δικαιώματος επέκτασης, το Πυροσβεστικό Σώμα διατηρεί το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης του επιχειρησιακού ελέγχου και σχεδιασμού, εφόσον αποδεδειγμένα αυτή δεν επιφέρει οικονομική επιβάρυνση και η οποία είναι δεσμευτική για τον εκμισθωτή.
5.ΕΞΟΠΛΙΣΜΟΣ
Το κάθε Ε/Π για να εκτελέσει τις παραπάνω αποστολές θα πρέπει να είναι εφοδιασμένο με τα ακόλουθα:
5.1.G.P.S.
5.2.Δύο υψόμετρα (το ένα υποχρεωτικά σε πόδια).
5.3.Πιστοποιημένο εξοπλισμό IFR εναρμονισμένο στη διάταξη του immunity.
5.4.Ο θάλαμος διακυβερνήσεως και η πίσω καμπίνα να έχουν σύστημα ενδοεπικοινωνίας το οποίο να επιτρέπει την επικοινωνία του πληρώματος με τους επιβάτες.
5.5.Τα προβλεπόμενα συστήματα επικοινωνιών, επιπλέον (1) VHF/FM (146-174 MHZ) με τις συχνότητες του Π.Σ. για την επικοινωνία του επίγειου συντονιστή-παρατηρητή του Π.Σ. και του διερμηνέα. Με την κατακύρωση των αποτελεσμάτων ο εκμισθωτής οφείλει να έρθει σε επικοινωνία με το Αρχηγείο Πυροσβεστικού Σώματος προκειμένου να του δοθούν περισσότερες πληροφορίες σχετικά με τον εξοπλισμό επικοινωνίας.
5.6.Αυτόματα ενεργοποιούμενο, τόσο με πρόσκρουση, όσο και με νερό πομπό ανάγκης (ELT).
5.7.Ανάλογους πυροσβεστήρες.
5.8.Κιτίο πρώτων βοηθειών.
5.9.Ραδιοϋψόμετρο (RADALT).
5.10.Transponder με mode C.
Translation - English 1. PURPOSE
The intention of This specification is to determine the requirements of the Fire Brigade in regards to leasing two (2) transport and wildland firefighting helicopters capable of carrying at least fifteen xxxx firefighters including their equipment, featuring an integrated water tank of xxxxxx. capacity-at least, for serving the needs of the year xxxxx. This lease includes the means (of transportation), the operating personnel (pilots and technicians) as well as the maintenance of these for the entirety of its duration.
2. IN GENERAL
The leased helicopters shall have the ability of fire extinguishment via an integrated tank system and a mechanism allowing for the varying dropping of water or foam; of 3.400 liter water capacity-at least and for the capacity of carrying at least xxxxxxx firefighters including their equipment for use during the firefighting period of the year xxxxx. The type shall be certified via the JAA or FAA type certificate as Transport Helicopter category A, featuring performance class 1.
CHAPTER B
FIRE BRIGADE REQUIREMENTS
1. LEASE TIME PERIOD & BASIC PRINCIPLES
1.1. The time period is defined as follows: The helicopter leasing time period
is defined as the time period of ninety (90) days with ninety (90) hours
of guaranteed time. The time period’s possible date of initiation will be
anytime between June 1st to xxxxx and in any case will not be later than the xxxxxx. The Fire Brigade reserves the right to extend the aforementioned time periods, up to the year xxxxx, all the while adhering to the same rules and requirements of this specification either for all of the helicopters or for some of them.
1.2. Should the contract be signed-insofar as timing-near the period’s initiation
date, the time allotted for delivering the helicopters to the Fire Brigade will be up to fifteen (15) days from the signing of the contract.
1.3. The Fire Brigade unilaterally reserves the right to change the first date
of the initiation, albeit with the obligation of informing the lessor at
least fifteen (15) days prior to the initiation date.
1.4. Aside from the aforementioned specific timeframe defined as a “period”,
the Fire Brigade unilaterally reserves the right to extend the
validity of the time period under those conditions and requirements, for fifteen-day- time periods or lesser time periods featuring an analogous guaranteed flight time, for each and every helicopter.
1.5. The lessor shall be notified of the aforementioned extension of the time
period by the Fire Brigade in writing, at least five (5) business days prior to the expiration of the contract date already in effect.
1.6. Following each lease period, the Fire Brigade shall notify the lessor in
writing, up to the xxxxxx of the following year, as to whether or not the lessor’s binding right of extending the contract for that year’s firefighting period shall be exercised.
1.7. In case the extensions are made into following years as well, the company
must submit the supporting documentation for the technical evaluation of the helicopters and of the personnel as soon as possible and in any case not beyond the xxxxxx.
1.8. Each time the right for extension is exercised, the Fire Brigade
reserves to right to modify the operational planning and control, as
long as this modification does not incur added financial costs, a modification which is binding for the lessor.
5. EQUIPMENT
In order to be able to conduct the aforementioned missions, each helicopter must be equipped with the following:
5.1. G.P.S.
5.2. Two altimeters (one of which must display the altitude in feet)
5.3. Certified IFR equipment, fully compliant with the immunity provision.
5.4. Both the cockpit as well as the rear cabin must feature an internal
intercom system so as to allow for communication between the crew and the passengers.
5.5. The required communication systems as well as (1) VHF/FM
(146-174 MHZ) featuring the Fire Brigade’s frequencies; allowing
for communication between the Fire Brigade’s ground controller-observer and the interpreter. Following the results’ validation, the lessor is obligated to contact the Fire Brigade’s Headquarters in order to be provided with additional information insofar as the communication equipment.
5.6. Automatically activated-via impact and or water-emergency locator
transmitter (ELT).
5.7. Appropriate fire extinguishers.
5.8. First-aid kit.
5.9. Radar altimeter (RADALT).
5.10. C mode transponder.

από άποψη δομικής
Ο τεχνικός υπάλληλος χχχχχ χχχχ (Πολ. Μηχ.) και ο χχχχχ χχχχχ (Πολ. Μηχ.) της Διεύθυνσης Πολεοδομίας του Δήμου χχχχχχ, στις χχχχχ ημέρα Τετάρτη και ώρα χχχχ και αφού πήγαμε επί τόπυ και διενεργήσαμε αυτοψία στην οδό χχχχχ αρ. χχχχ του Δήμου χχχχχχ, στην οικοδομή πολλών ιδιοκτητών που αποτελείται από ισόγειο και χχχχχ ορόφους, έχοντας υπόψη τις διατάξεις του από χχχχχ Π. Δ/τος "περί επικυνδύνων οικοδομών" καθώς και τις διατάξεις περί οικοδομών, παρατηρήσαμε τα εξής:
Στην αναφερόμενη οικοδομή μετά απο μακροσκοπικό έλεγψο παρουσιάζονται τα εξής:
1. Αποφλοιώσεις χρωματισμών και ρηγματώσεις φέροντος οργανισμού διακοσμητικών μετώπων στις όψεις του κτιρίου.
2. Φουσκώματα και ρηγματώσεις επιχρισμάτων στην όψη επί της οδού χχχχχ, έξω από το διαμέρισμα χχχχ ορόφου ιδιοκτησίας χχχχχχ χχχχχχχ.
3. Ανατολική πλάγια όψη πολυκατοικίας σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση (ρηγματώσεις και τοπικές αποκολλήσεις επιχρισμάτων) με κίνδυνο πτώσης δομικών υλικών σε όμορες ιδιοκτησίες και κοινόχρηστους χώρους (πεζοδρόμιο επί της οδού χχχχχχ).
4. Εντός του διαμερίσματος χχχ ορόφου ιδιοκτησίας χχχχχχ χχχχχχχ, στον χώρο της κουζίνας και της υποδοχής (χωλ), σε θέση όπου υπάρχει στοιχείο φέροντος οργανισμού (δοκός Δ58, σύμφωνα με τα εγκεκριμένα σχέδια της χχχχχχχ άδειας) υπάρχουν ρηγματώσεις και κούφια τμήματα.
5. Ξύλινα παραθυρόφυλλα με έντονη σαθρότητα λόγω υγρασίας, στο κούφωμα της κουζίνας του διαμερίσματος του χχχχχχ ορόφου ιδιοκτησίας χχχχχ χχχχχχ. Σε έντονες κλιματολογικές συνθήκες (ανεμοπίεση) υπάρχει κίνδυνος αποκόλλησης των παραθυρόφυλλων από τα σημεία στήριξής τους.
6. Την ημέρα της αυτοψίας δεν υπήρξε δυνατότητα εισόδου μας στο δώμα για την διαπίστωση της κατάστασης του δώματος κατά τα αναφερόμενα στην από χχχχχχ τεχνική έκθεση του Αρχ. Μηχανικού χχχχχχχ χχχχχχ.
Για τους λόγους αυτούς το κτίσμα (μέτωπες και όψεις κτιρίου, δοκός Δ58 οροφής χχχ ορόφου, παραθυρόφυλλα) είναι επικύνδυνο από άποψη δομική και για να αρθεί ο κίνδυνος πρέπει να γίνουν:

from a structural perspective
The technical employee xxxxxx xxxxxxx (Civil Engineer) and xxxxxx xxxxxxxx (Civil Engineer), of the Urban Planning Management of the Municipality of xxxxxx, on Wednesday, xxxxxx, at xxxxx and following our on-location autopsy which we performed at xxxx xxxxxx street of the Municipality of xxxxxx, at the multi-owner construction site consisting of a ground floor and four storeys, having taking into consideration the decrees issued on xxxxxx Π. Δ/τος “in regards to hazardous buildings” as well as the decrees in regards to construction sites, we observed the following:
The following appear in the aforementioned construction site following a macroscopic inspection:
1. Color peeling and cracking of the building’s apparent decorative front- facing pattern.
2. Bulging and cracking of coating of the front-facing side located on xxxxx street, outside the xxx floor apartment belonging to xxxxxx xxxxxxxx.
3. Eastern-side apartment building front in very bad condition (cracking and sectional coating detachment) resulting in the existent danger of
construction materials falling onto adjacent properties and public spaces
(sidewalk located on xxxxxx street)
4. Within the xxxx floor apartment belonging to xxxxx xxxxxxx, there are cracks and hollow sections in the kitchen and hall areas, at a
position where a carrier element is present (beam D58, according to the approved plans of the building permit xxxxxxxx)
5. Deteriorated-due to moisture-wooden window covers, in the kitchen frame of the xxx floor apartment belonging to xxxx xxxxxxxx. There is
danger of the wooden window covers detaching from their mounting bases under severe weather conditions (wind pressure).
6. Entry into the roof-level-area was not possible on the day of the autopsy, in order to determine the condition of the roof-level-structure according to the facts stated on the technical report of xxxxxxxxx by Architectural Engineer

For these reasons the building (building’s front-facing section, beam D58 of the 3rd floor’s roof, window covers) is hazardous from a structural perspective and in order to eliminate the hazard the following must take place:

I have been a translator for 19 years.
Both Greek and English are native languages for me, having resided and worked in both Greece and the United States for 20 years respectively.
Tertiary education includes studying Finance at the University of San Francisco.
Prior work experience includes having worked in the financial sector, contracting with large law firms and serving as an active duty helicopter pilot.
My specialization in financial material is enhanced by the fact that I worked for stock brokerage firms for 7 years.
Contracting as a paralegal assistant for both American and Greek law firms for 8 years, I became specialized in legal material as well.
Ι hold two different pilot's licenses, including an S.E.L. Rating for airplanes, and a General Rotorcraft Rating for helicopters.
I also hold an English teaching license in Greece.
Over the past 19 years, I have translated countless court cases, vast financial material and a host of legislative and banking documents.
Although I also hold a language diploma in French (DELF), I do not translate in French.
In addition, I am a fully certified Microsoft Office Professional, specializing in Access, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Lastly, and most importantly, I would like to offer my viewpoint, following nearly two decades of experience in the industry.
Translations reflect both one's writing skills as well as their proficiency in both the source and target languages.
The truth is that especially with regards to technical material, such as legal or financial subjects, there can simply be no substitute for true native speakers.
And in order for one to become a genuine native speaker in any language, studying at a University obtaining a diploma is simply inadequate.
The highest level of professional translation skill, which is especially necessary at high-profile international court cases, may only be acquired through years of practice.
More specifically, in order for one to become an exceptional translator, there is no substitute for residing and actively working in nations where all practicing languages are spoken.
I am a true native speaker of both designated languages.
Yet even more importantly, I am a proficient writer, well versed in my areas of specialization.
Experience cannot be bought, it must be earned.
