I have over 8 years experience with documents translation, being almost 4 years within IBM Training Center, developing and translating of training material from English to Portuguese, and Portuguese to English; focused on delivering training and evaluation for new employees and business partners to ensure productivity, accuracy, and set expectations; promoting and managing conference calls with North Americans IBM Business Partners to present company procedures, targets and results.
