Source text - Arabic الطفل يبتسم 400 مرة في اليوم والبالغ 15 مرة.
الطفل يضحك 150 مرة في اليوم والبالغ 6 مرات.
الطفل يلعب من 4 إلى 6 ساعات في اليوم والبالغ 20 دقيقة فقط. ما الذي حدث ! ؟ !
حيي كل شخص تلتقيه مع ابتسامة دافئة مهما كنت مشغول.
لا تعجل مواجهتك مع أسرتك أو زملائك أو أي أحد وأنت ثائر.
تكلم بهدوء وأنصت بانتباه.
لاطف القطط وعانق الكلاب.
عندما تتحدث مع طفلك أو شريكك أنظر إلى عينيه.
حب بسخاء أي كائن حي تلتقيه.
أنظر في نهاية يومك كم شعورك أختلف.
فكر في شيء واحد لطيف حدث اليوم يجعلك شاكر له وأنظر لنفسك كيف تشعر.
فكر في شيء جعلك حزيناً أو غاضباً أو خائفاً لاحظ كيف تشعر.
من المهم جدا أن تكون ممتناً لكل شيء في حياتك وكثير من الناس تركز على شيء واحد أنهم يريدون ثم ينسوا أن يكونوا ممتنين لجميع الأشياء التي لديهم.
بعد أذنك قف عن القراءة لحظات وفكر فيما قلته لك.

يعيش الصقر إلى 70 عاماً ولكي يصل إلى هذا العمر يجب عليه اتخاذ قراراً صعباً جداً.
عندما يصل الصقر إلى سن الأربعين أظافره تفقد مرونتها وتعجز عن الإمساك بالفريسة، ويصبح منقاره القوي الحاد معقوفاً شديد الانحناء، وتصبح أجنحته ثقيلة بسبب ثقل وزن ريشها ويصبح الطيران في غاية الصعوبة.
فيكون أمام خيار صعب أما أن يستلسم للموت أو يقوم بعملية تغيير مؤلمة جداااااااااً لمدة 150 يوم.
أولا يقوم الصقر بضرب منقاره المعقوف بشدة على الصخرة حتى ينكسر.
ثانياً ينتظر حتى ينمو منقاره ثم يقوم بكسر أظافره.
ثالثاً ينتظر حتى تنمو أظافره من جديد ثم يقوم بنتف ريشه كله.
وبعد هذه المعاناة بخمسة اشهر يقوم الصقر بالتحليق من جديد في السماء وكأنه ولد من جديد ويعيش لمدة 30 سنة أخرى.
إننا في بعض الأحيان يجب علينا تغيير حياتنا حتى نستمر في أفضل حال وان كان التغيير صعب.
لم يفت الأوان لتغيير وضعك لأنه لديك القوة على أن تحصل على ما تريد فرد فعلك لكل حالة سواء جيد أو سيء فكن مصمماً على أن يكون رد فعلك دائماً جيد لتجلب نحوك الأشياء الجيدة.
أتمنى لو أخطأت في شيء أن تسامحني وأثق بأنك تفهم بأن غرض الكتاب هو إيصال شيء ايجابي إليك.
Translation - English A child smiles 400 times per day, meanwhile an adult smiles only 15 times.
A child laughs 150 times per day, however an adult smiles only 6 times.
A child plays from 4 to 6 hours a day, while an adult plays only 20 minutes. What happened to us?!
Greet everyone you meet with a warm smile regardless of how busy you might actually be.
Never rush into confrontations with your family, colleagues or any other person when you are angry.
Talk calmly and listen attentively.
Fondle the cats and hug the dogs.
When you talk to your child or partner, look them in the eyes.
Profusely love any creature you encounter.
Notice how different you feel by the end of the day.
Think about one good thing that happened today for which you felt thankful for then observe how you feel.
Think about something that made you feel sad, angry or afraid, then notice how you feel.
It is extremely important to feel grateful for everything in your life, many people solely focus on the one thing they want yet forget to be grateful for all the things they actually do have.
Please take a short break from reading and simply dwell upon what I told you.
There are only two ways by which you can live your life;
The first is to perceive everything as a miracle,
and the second is to perceive everything to be nothing more than merely “a thing”.
Take pride in yesterday, dream about tomorrow, and live today.

The attempt to change someone is futile, by wanting to change someone you mentally assert that this person isn’t good enough thereby denying him/her. Such thoughts will only form a breach between you and that person.
Pure love has no conditions or limitations, it does not restrict its self or look backwards .Love gives at all times and asks for nothing in return. Love is a continuous unlimited flood, all of which is present inside each one and every of us.
Love is the greatest authority we have to attain absolute harmony with life.
Love is self-denial, which allows us more energy.
Love is a gift to humanity, and it is actually what enables to create our own lives in a way that is even more beautiful than our expectations.
Love is capacity, abundance, joy, harmony, peace and security.
Deep in your heart believe that something wonderful is about to happen. Love your life and trust yourself and your abilities. Goodness is instinctively present. Every morning wake up thrilled that you are still alive. Discover everyday for its wonderfulness and beauty. Identify and embrace life within you and others. An eagle lives up to 70 years, yet to be able to reach such age it has to make a very hard decision;
When an eagle reaches the age of 40, its claws start to lose their flexibility thereby failing to catch its prey. Also its sharp strong peak becomes very bent, and its wings become very heavy due the heavy weight of its feathers, which ultimately making flying a very difficult process.
Consequently, an eagle can either surrender to death or embark upon an extremely painful procedure that takes up to 150 days.
First, the eagle powerfully strikes its peak to a rock until it breaks.
Then it waits for its peak to grow back again and goes on to break its claws.
Again it waits for its claws to grow out, whereby it then plucks off all its feathers.
Five months past enduring that anguish; an eagle hovers in the sky again as if it has just been born, it even lives up to 30 more years afterwards.
Change is hard, but sometimes we have to change our lives to be able to move on in our best possible shape.
It’s never too late to change your situation, you have the power to achieve what you want via your reaction towards every state be it’s positive or negative. Attract good things towards you by maintaining a positive reaction towards everything.
