نتایج مقایسه میانگین تعداد کل دانه در خوشه (جدول ۲) نشان داد که تیمار شاهد با آبیاری با آب معمولی (شوری ۱ دسی زیمنس بر متر) با متوسط تعداد کل دانه در خوشه ۹۵/۵۲، بیشترین مقدار را دارا است؛ بعد از آن به ترتیب تیمارهای با EC ۲، ۴، ۶ و ۸ دسی زیمنس بر متر قرار دارند؛ البته اختلاف معنی داری بین این تیمارها مشاهده نشد. کمترین متوسط تعداد دانه در خوشه به میزان ۱۷/۴۰ در EC ۸ دسی زیمنس بر متر مشاهده شد که نسبت به تیمار شاهد ۲۴ درصد کاهش نشان داد. بنابراین افزایش شوری باعث کاهش تعداد کل دانه در خوشه های برنج گردید. تعداد کل دانه در خوشه در مراحل مختلف رشد برنج متفاوت می باشد. بیشترین متوسط تعداد کل دانه در خوشه به میزان ۷۶/۵۳ در دورهء رسیدگی و کمترین آن به میزان ۴۱/۳۸ در مرحله پنجه زنی وجود داشت. مرحلهء پنجه زنی حساسترین مرحله به شوری بود و بعد از آن به ترتیب مراحل تشکیل خوشه (۶۴/۴۲)، ظهور خوشه (۹۴/۵۰) و رسیدگی (۷۶/۵۳) قرار دارند. بنابراین مراحل ابتدایی رشد گیاه حساسیت بیشتری به شوری نشان دادند ولی مراحل انتهای رشد، به شوری مقاوم تر بودند.
Translation - English Conclusions obtained by comparison of average of total seed per panicle (table 2) showed that control treatment by fresh water irrigation (at 1 dSm-1 salinity) has the most average of total seed per panicle, i.e. 52.95 after which are treatment at 2, 4, 6, 8 EC dSm-1salinity; however there is not any significant difference between these treatment. The least average of total seed per panicle was 40.17 in treatment at 8 EC dSm-1salinity which has 24% decreases in compare with control treatment. Therefore, high salinity decreases total seed per panicle of rice. Total seed per panicle is different in different stages of rice growth stages. The most average of total seed per panicle was 53.76 in ripeness and the least average was 38.41 in tillering stage. Tillering was the most sensitive to salinity after which were panicle initiation (42.64), panicle emergence (50.94) and ripeness (53.76). Therefore initial stages of plant growth have more sensitivity to salinity but the final stages were more resistant.
