Σκοπός της είναι να παρουσιάσει διεξοδικά, αντικειμενικά και απόλυτα τεκμηριωμένα την αλβανική κρίση του Μαρτίου του 1997, τη διεθνή αντιμετώπισή της με την Πολυεθνική Δύναμη Προστασίας (FMP) Multinational Protection Force και κυρίως το χρονικό της συμμετοχής και δράσεως της Ελληνικής Δυνάμεως στην Αλβανία (ΕΛΔΑΛ).
