I was born to Dutch parents, but grew up in a multitude of countries including England, France and the United Arab Emirates. This gave me an appreciation of a variety of cultures, and taught me to speak English, Dutch and French. My language skills gave me the opportunity to gain experience in a range of different areas, including marketing, legal secretary and customer relation work.

Having completed a an MSci. Physics course at the University of Nottingham I am familiar with scientific concepts, but my experience also allows me to lend my translation skills to other areas, such as IT, engineering and business.
Always prepared to take on a challenge, I am adept at touch-typing (speeds in excess of 70 words per minute), organized, adaptable and responsible.
