As a qualified journalist, I worked for Rehame for more than four years compiling news
summaries and attending press conferences, doorstop interviews and other media events.
In this position I gained valuable reporting skills as well as strengthening my abilities on
the computer, particularly in typing. During this time I became adept at working under
the pressure of a deadline and honed my grasp of the English language.

LIFE EXPERIENCE

An initial backpacking trip around South America and the Caribbean sparked a love for travel that has seen me live in Europe and South America for three years, giving me the chance to absorb some amazing cultures and languages. Although I now live in Australia, my Peruvian wife who is fluent in both English and Spanish keeps me on my toes speaking Spanish every day. I have a great passion for writing, the media and sport, (both watching and playing it), and I try to combine them at every opportunity.
