Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no party may use or disclose any of the other party’s Confidential Information. The parties agree that this clause 15 shall survive termination of this Agreement for a period of five (5) years after termination, that damages are not an adequate remedy for its breach (meaning that a party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief to stop disclosure of such confidential information), and that on termination they shall cease using all Confidential Information of the other party and return all Confidential Information (including any copies thereof) in its possession or control that has been recorded in tangible form. Εκτός των όσων προβλέπονται ρητά στην παρούσα Σύμβαση, δεν επιτρέπεται σε κανένα συμβαλλόμενο μέρος να χρησιμοποιήσει ή να γνωστοποιήσει οποιαδήποτε εκ των εμπιστευτικών πληροφοριών του αντισυμβαλλόμενου.
